It goes for a good AU setting, but then immediately falls apart with plot holes (if his parents dont like arcturus why leave him with him etc.). Could've been good but the author cannot go a full half chapter without randomly dropping a line that shatters the HP worldbuilding and rules. like magic abilities that dont use magic, wands having infinite magic, 2 stones, insane permanent power ups that canonically AU or not should've needed a massive dark ritual from 'putting magic through your arm.'

The score is surprisingly low, there are 2 factors I value the most here. Evil MC and plot without unnecessary details, in fact, those who have already read several Harry Potter fanfictions will see the same thing in others and it is unpleasant, so I like the way the author acted here, there is a point without water and this is enough.
