Synopsis

“A system for one, a system for all, a system for those in need of a call!”

In a world where children are blessed with a single system from the Elder Tree when they reach the Age of Wisdom, humanity has become dependent on these gifts to go about their daily lives. Everything from cooking to combat - there seemed to be no end to the capability the systems offered them.

That is until one day the Elder Tree withered up and stopped giving out systems.

This gave way to an incurable plague due to the lack of a system and now children were dying in mass numbers before they even reached 15 years old. Zero was one of these kids. As he lay alone on his deathbed, he heard a voice call out to him - a voice that offered one last chance to make a difference and stop all of the madness. All he had to do was win a high stakes game known as ‘Final System’ in a completely different world!

The only catch? He would have to fight his way through a score of strong opponents who also wanted the same limitless power for their own means. A deadly survival game of systems and bloodshed - can Zero make it to the end and claim the ultimate system to save humanity? Or will he be hunted down and torn apart instead?

Let the games begin!

Time for the famous author plug!! Final System is the combination of survival, the search for meaning, and of course lots of systems! Players will get to level up their systems through experience and even control the type of upgrades they get to a point. It makes way for various different types of combat styles, some more non-traditional than others. While the action is a large part of this series there is quite a bit dedicated to searching for that purpose that we all look for at some point in our lives. What better way to find it than in the midst of deadly combat? Each player carries their own baggage into this death match but only some will make it out to figure out what it all means. That and ultimate power of course. Thanks for checking it out and hope you stay in for the long haul!! :D -Kenji

So I started following this author when they were writing "God Slayer"(which I lovedddd and hated that it ended!). Of course I checked out this new series too! There's only 6 chapters so far, but I'm already glued to it!! It has a slightly slower start than God Slayer did, but you can tell that the author is taking his time to build up to a great story. So far the writing is top notch and the story is very intriguing. Please release more chapters!!! :D :D :D

A different feel from God Slayer, but this is definitely working so far. The isekai mechanic is much stronger and the more that gets fleshed out about how the game of final system works the more I like it! I also reallyyyyyyy wanna see how OP the final system is when someone wins it. bahahahaha Great story so far! :D

This is an excellent, well-crafted book. For me there are definitely some flaws, concerning writing quality and character design. The writing is not perfect, especially in later chapters-- with minuscule grammar flaws and such. With story development, and world background, it is on point. The idea of using a system has been repeated throughout this platform, but the author transforms the system and incorporates it into a game. The idea itself is intrinsically unique especially with the introduction of the elder tree and it's withering, which allows for the creation of a strong premise. However, there are still components that are unclear-- the final question. How do you win? There are rankings, there is a first place spot, but in the end, how is the inheritors of the final system determined. With character design, the main character and Kai are the only two characters. There is definitely some degree of emotion and empathy towards these characters, but I'd regard them as lacking a bit of depth. The characters (Zero primarily) are marketed as tricky and strategic, but display a lack of emotion concerning anger, fear, or frustration. There should be a small addition to the character's internal feeling, without writing, "that I am happy.. I am frustrated." Overall, this is a great novel, and I strongly encourage the author to continue writing.

Good stuff so far. Story theme kinda reminds me of Zatch Bell haha. Like how every character isn't starting out freaking OP and instead it's building them up as the story progresses. I think someone else already mentioned it, but the writing technique is heads and shoulders better than a lot of these trash series on here <_< excited for this one👍

It's pretty awesome! The world-building is seriously impressive, like, you can totally imagine yourself in it. The pacing is impeccable, never missing a beat, and the narrative flows smoothly. The writing style is on point, too. The author really knows how to paint a picture with words and the dialogue feels natural. And Zero? He is an interesting character⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow. This is really good. Apart from the fact that the author is obviously a very good writer and storyteller, it will surprise you to know that he tells a really gripping story in Final System. This will be my first system book, and I’m really enjoying it. The world here is not at all confusing, the pacing of the book is even. The only thing I have to say to the author is please, don’t stop updating!

A million times yes to this one! ! The fantasy vibes are sooooo good here and I'm loving how Kenji is just revealing everything about the world/game to us through action/dialogue. Interested to learn more about the characters as we haven't dove deep into them yet, but it's still early so it's fine. keep up the good work! !

By the pure penmanship alone, you can tell the experience this man must have conjured all these time. I have no complaints whatsoever. Is it the storyline, character development or the overall pacing? Everything's just a chef's kiss. This is an amazing novel thus far, and I highly recommend it. Keep it up!
