Synopsis
Hero x Villain Online is an ARRPG game for mobile devices entering its closed beta stage. Ky Tempus, a gamer and comic book enthusiast, was one of the lucky hundred who were given access to this closed beta. However, Ky was surprised to learn that this mobile game was far more than meets the eye.
Somehow, those chosen for the beta test received actual superhuman abilities and Ky Tempus was one of them, gaining the ability to warp time itself. However, this dream would soon become a nightmare for the beta testers as it seems the game itself is biased, promoting chaos while speaking directly to its players, and urging them to kill each other and even regular civilians. Ky, wanting to be a hero, or at least, somewhat lawful, refuses to play by the game's rules; however, it doesn't matter how hard one tries, the game always gets what it wants.
What to expect:
The MC isn't a goody two shoes, but he isn't evil either. If he feels someone deserves death or worse, he will give it to them. The anti-hero is tagged for a reason. You will follow him as he learns the truth of Hero x Villain Online, meeting other beta testers who are either friends or foes and also want answers. The LitRPG aspects are there, but not overbearing. There aren't any chapters that are just drowning in stats sheets and numbers, but you do see the progression.
The MC is broken, unbelievably broken. However, so is everyone in the story. If he were against normal people, yeah he could freeze time or whatever and then kill them, but thanks to the power of creativity, he cannot simply do that to beat his opponents since they too are broken in their own way. Power levels do not win fights in this story, brains beat brawn in almost every case.
Updates are Monday through Friday.

The Novel is incredibly original while also taking successful tropes from other pieces of fiction ;The premise is unheard of and unique while the character development is great and is being reasonably directed to side characters while also highlighting the mc. Fights are fun and realistic at the same time and the novel updates daily. All characters have unique abillities that can be strengthened and enhanced. Overall 5/5 so far, you most likely won't find something like this on webnovel.
Well hi there! Been reading your work for a very hot minute. I see you really like the whole time manipulation gimmick, can't blame you. I have moments where I use a specific idea in different stories I write down to myself. So far your writing is still noticeably good, I can see some issues. Such as the main character adapting a tad too quickly, but at the same time it's not a big deal. Please do not stop writing! I enjoy your writing. And whenever you can, if you want it would be awesome of you to update the time manipulator in marvel fanfic. Well done!

I'm really enjoying how the story is developing at first I commented that the mc was overpowering but I change my mind as the story developing the wordl is pretty balance mostly leaning into overpower but balance. the characters are are very expressive and different giving the wordl a more vibrant and dark really like yo real work no body is just a characterization of a trope for the most part and are pretty likeable. the jokes are hit or miss the theme is mature. not dark not edge it well written with a maturity of an adult when "certain" things are talk about/approach. I belive the written actually wants you write a story rather the self insert generic edgy fantasy like most work p.s I believe the romance in the book was done a bit poorly no build up or nothing just bang a couple
it too early to make a proper review but so far I'm liking this but my biggest problem is the power scalinging and the fact the characters really hasn't any major conflict(fights). I know it's early but the mc is way to strong at such early stage is mind boggling has how is anybody going even confront him other then sneaking him or just being overpowered as he'll even then he can cheat death
Only superhero novel out right now! Constant updates meaning author updates daily. The chapters are kinda short at the start but they get longer. It’s a new idea that no one thought of and it is pretty good of an idea if you think about it if more people thought like author webnovel would be better and not have all those trash copy and paste(basically) novels that have the same exact start, plot, story( with a minor differences). Basically we need more creative authors and not translators that are not good let’s be honest(my opinion) ( if you like those tasteless books do you). Thank you for reading my rant.👍
