Synopsis
James Turner died in a fire along with his sister, but his story didn't end there. No, found himself in the wizarding world of Harry Potter. Except, there are some problems. Harry's parents don't die to Voldemort. Harry Potter even has a sibling! Oh, yeah, and Harry isn't the chosen one anymore, his sister, Holly, is the new 'girl-who-lived'.
After finding out Death has a task for him, he must learn dangerous new magics, fight powerful enemies, and pass challenging trials to complete his mission.

First time writing, feedback is appreciated. If there are any grammatical mistakes, please feel free to point them out. If there are any date inconsistencies, please feel free to point those out as well.
I'm trying to have some kind of plot, but honestly it isn't super well planned out, I'm basically writing it as I go.
Aiming for between 2,000+ words per chapter.
Don't have a release schedule, will mostly be uploading a few times a week.

The story is very good so far that has me hooked, the character is going very well but this is the beggining so let’s see were this goes. I have great expectations👌🏽😎👌🏽 (Sorry if I have bad english this is not my first lenguage)
The writing quality is top-notch and the chapters are long which is great in my opinion. There is a lot of detailed explanations about how to use and how magic works. So far(chapter 5) the story is intriguing and the mc has the powers and the potential to be really strong but he has to work, study and train hard to get it. I like the idea you presented about his house Umbra and how he learns about magic and assassination. I also really enjoy this shadows powers you have giving him. I hope there is a well developed romance and the romance interest isn’t Hermione. Thanks for sharing this story🤘
