Leveling Up in the Apocalypse

The incursion, an event that slowly shifted different worlds into each other, this caused the apocalypse. Beasts flowed into earth like water, killing off people one by one. Living survivors that gained the powers of the apocalypse, the awakened, there was no surviving if you weren’t an awakened. The goal of the awakeners is to defend earth. And to escape it. A lone unawakened, Jack, is desperate to escape earth.
