Megan has a master degree in Business Administration. But today, she is jobless and her job search prospect is not looking good at all. Three years ago, she was the proud owner of her very first condominium. However, she had to sell her place 6 months ago to pay for the heart surgery for her grandmother, who unfortunately did not make it out alive. A month ago, she was notified of a 20% rental increase for the unit she is currently occupying. Today, she is searching through Craig’s List Classified Ads for the cheapest rental accommodation. That prospect is not looking good there either. She is now browsing the internet and notices a little envelope appears at the bottom corner of her computer screen.
