Synopsis
Many may say that the winner is the Justice and the loser is the Villain.
But, what if the Justice is the winner? And the Villain is the loser.
What if the true villains roaming around the world are the pirates?
What if the real heroes of the world are the World Government, Navy and the Celestial Dragons?
Whilst the pirates are pillaging islands, killing people, the Navy and the Celestial Dragons are trying their best to protect the innocent civilans.
This is the story of a young Celestial Dragon trying to uphold the Peace and Justice of the world, trying to make it a better place for everyone.

A/N - Heyo, the thought of this novel just popped into my mind and I wanted to write it.
But, I'm gonna say a few things if you'd like to understand a few things better.
- I have no idea if I will write harem or not, time will tell.
- I will not write R-18 content. I will at most write a sentence about the MC is going to have intercourse with the female lead.
- The grammar won't be bad, but not excellent as I won't use any programs or even Word to write. Just going to write on the webnovel page.
- I will try to upload 1 chapter per day, at around 1 000 words. If I have time, I will write more. And the chapters will most likely be uploaded at reset time of the spirit stones and so on.

Nope.! History has been written as the winners are good guys and losers are villains. Nothing change!! Author trying to portray celestial dragons are good people when they destroy kingdoms and enslave anyone and everyone from killers to innocents. Killing and enslaving the innocents are always morally wrong. So again, NOPE not gonna even read.

Hello author-san, I personally like this, it shows your creativity by using one piece world setting and twist it in your own ways, i love when author are not shy away from deviating from Canon plot or adding a Crossover element to spice up their fanfiction.. Well grammar structure are also good, i had seen far more worse(by my standard,also I'm not really proficient in english) Main character seems not a wimpy or passive type or japanese beta herbivore Update status seems stable Overall,Good job,i hope you are not dropping this
love the story but you gotta fight the system this king feels as though this story is written from the prespective of someone who is upholding the system in which he finds himself in without questioning the ligitmacy of a authoritarian dictatorship which this king finds boring one must be able to carve out their own destiny which one piece does really well which just highlights this particular problem in your story unfortantly

I might as well rate my own novel. This novel may not be worthy of 5 stars, but I do love it. This novel is in the OP world, where the Navy, World Government and the Celestial Dragons are the good guys. I wish to make the mc a smart guy that thinks of situations and what affects it will have for the future whilst being a strong person. And for romance lovers out there, there will be romance, but that won't be my main focus. And I'm not sure if I will make it harem or not yet.
the creator of this story did not understand how the celestials are they are rich and lazy people who despise every living thing that is not a celestial dragon because they say they are the descendants of the creators of the world and everything is due to them, I would also like to tell the teacher and monkey d. dragon really? the celestials are afraid of people with d and try to kill them or move them away as much as possible and put it as you teach the celestial dragons? then the story how it goes and how the various characters behave with the celestial dragons and how the celestial dragons behave is totally different from the manga, even if the author has not expressed the concept of the celestial dragon the story is not written well enough too if I personally don't like how it has developed
This is awesome! Usually when a fanfiction does something way different than canon, it goes down in quality for me. When authors introduce their own perspective, ideas and elements to a work as great as One Piece it usually just brings down the quality. But in this case you did it well enough to not sabotage the reading experience, and this is a compliment, because it's almost impossible for authors to change the "lore" and actually make the story better than the canon. So the goal is to introduce new perspective and elements with the least amount of quality drop, which this story did well. It's well paced and overall a good read. If there's a flaw that I have to point out, it would be the fact that the interaction between Sylver (mc) and his crewmates are almost nonexistential. We didn't see enough of them, at the time we couldn't see them grow both in character and strength. One piece is great because we can see the straw hats interact with each other, grow with each other, and challenge each other. Otherwise this is a great fanfiction.
