Synopsis
A Pokémon fan from our world has ended up getting dropped into the world of Kanto region, just as the story is set to begin. What will he do? Become a Pokémon trainer of course, and put all others to shame with his years of knowledge gained from the video games and anime series, he will become the best trainer he can be and take the Pokémon world by Storm. Rated T for now.

There is nothing wrong with the fic, but it's just not my type. Read till chapter 5 and up until now I am not liking what I see. - MC is one of those who don't want to change cannon and tries his best to make sure things stay in line just like anime. - He for some reason is dead set on having Ash as his rival. - He waited for days in Pewter city for Ash and Misty to catch up with him, and it seems like this is going to happen again and again. - He is way to focused on making sure that Ash becomes an actual trainer instead of the joke he was in the anime and wastes too much time on him. - And just now he decided not to take charmander because he was an important part of Ash's team(this just broke the deal for me). - So from what I see this is going to be the kind of story where MC goes around helping people and fixing all the mistake that were made in canon without getting anything in return and is afraid to make any big changes.
tl;dr - solid good read. A well written story with good believable interactions between people. Does join the typical crew but isn't blindly following. Expect a lot of Ash bashing (tbh he deserves it ,though). No super luck like finding shinies or legendaries at all, however he does a get a rare pokemon as his starter. Not a game breaker mind you, a rare starter that's weak to start with and takes a while to train. Actually trains his pokes and even makes pokefood himself. Quite good, especially considering other stories i've read. As of chapter 13 (all chapters currently) nothing notably different, special, or incredible has happened. More like a familiar story told well. Looking for a good solid read in a world you enjoy, you'll like this one :)

Here is my opinion : The story is fine, what bugs me is that he has knowledge on how to get stronger than anyone and all the method to get rare and strong pokemon and advance further than anyone else, but he would rather not break the canon, if he does not desire to do that then he should at least stay away from ash and the others instead of wasting his time with that annoying brat, another typical cliche pokemon fic where the MC is either following Ash wherever he goes staying by his side like a lost puppy or training him to be better and to be his rival. if most of you like this story then go for it, enjoy and have fun. All I wanted was for the MC to be unique and better than the rest, not stick to Ash like glue and babysit him till his death. That is all thank u.

Really good story that's very fun to read . I love these type of stories but can hardly find any good ones. So anyone have any good suggestions for me, I'll be grateful. The only thing against it, is that I wish it was updated more often.
Love the world building and how story progress with each situation impacting the whole story. The author did put a lot of thoughts and research on pokemon world as well as how MC should approach in certain situation. There is long period of character drama and some of the readers won't like it but I believe it helps move the story much faster instead of having mountain of filler episodes. Overall, MC follows the story but it's not exactly same and there is a small twist so it is refreshing to read.
I don’t understand why mc try so hard to maintain the canon, He has a knowledge to become powerful and Knows what pokemon should catCh but No he would rather stick to ash and train him than becoming strong and catch random pokemon tch... another thing why would you care about ash?? Like nOt catching charmander becauSe he is very important pokemon to ash, come on he is The main character of the canon and a plot armor he would have find another strong pokemon becaus eof plot armor, The mc should think about Himself, what is he Ash’s Dog??? Another thing i don’t like in this fanfic is that the mc randomly catch pokemon, Not thinking of what team should he form...
Love this book! I love how you made thos book with ash being more serIous instead of being a brat? You made it so he actually trains his pokemon in this book and I love it that way and This is my fIrst time reading a book like this full stars!
This seem more like transmigration that reincarnation. He was placed into the Pokémon world as his younger self instead of dying and inhabiting a new body or getting reborn as a baby. Seems like a decent story so far. I have a question though, why decide to have him as 16 year old instead of younger? Wouldn't it make it easier to explain any background instead of an adventuring orphan, this is one of dark Pokémon world's so it's hard to explain why he is still alive if he went adventuring/exploring with no Pokémon. Thanks and take you time with the story and character development.

So im not saying your theif or anything, but i know ive seen this story on FanFiction.Net, but i cant find it, im wondering if your the original author and decided to move platforms or if you took this story? Im sus but i wont accuse you of anything because ive learned not to do that. Anyway the story’s pretty good but im not sure how the updates are gonna be because last i remember on FanFiction.Net it was last updated like last year or something like that.

Keep going 👍. World building and character design are very good. Expecting better frequency of releasing chapters. Gambare gambare! Pretty happy the English is quite good so don't have to leave a good story because of language issue.
Absolutely amazing fanfic one of the best I've ever read but the update schedule is basically none existent once a 7 month break then a 1 month break so don't discard it its good but don't be expecting updates constantly
so basically my personal opinion........Thw story is really enjoyable....A top tier one if I have to say myself......I don't know what's peoples obsession with making mc born as child and showing backstory and how they grow up that stuff is really boring.....But this here is what I was always looking for...A cool and calm mc in my opinion......Just hope to have a stable updates ....As I remember first reading this A lot time back ........🔥
This is gonna be hard to write since I just had an outburst in one of the paragraph comments. 5 stars for writing quality, 5 stars for stability of updates, 5 stars for story development. Even though author followed canon timeline, MC blends into it rather pleasingly. Character Design is as always, rather complicated. I might be quite rude with my comments but not in reviews. MC for some reason loves pokemons so much like Ash but in a different way. So he's constantly arguing with Ash's carefree behaviour. MC didn't take charmander because he's better than others so he doesn't need a king gene Pokemon. Over all, Mc is a hardworking guy who thinks that all Pokemon trainers need to train so hard like him. If you wanna know how bad it is, I start pitying Ash. Yes, the same Ash who keeps getting lucky wins. MC is quite jealous of that too lol. But this only make me feel that MC is rather not perfect like other main characters. I was more invested in the fanfic that I should have. 5 stars for that. World background is 5 stars since it's pretty much a normal Pokemon world. So overall 5 stars from me. I don't hate or love the story, it's quite different from other stories that follow canon. Just do what you're doing author. It's not easy to write a fanfic but you're doing a great job. You must have already got a lot of complaints so take all my complaints as one of them. Bye.

it is really good made it to chapter seven in about an hour.Chapters are even longer its a really good fanfic but the it does not get updates that often last chapter was about a month ago but overall its really good
A top tier pokemon fanfic. Does everything right, and the MC is perfect. He has a great personality and I like how it shows that he is putting a lot of effort into getting his pokemon stronger. I hope the author continues to write this story.
