Synopsis
Trapped inside the body of an NPC with the background setting as the Prince of Nazarick, he will have to live with the monsters roaming inside this terrible tomb as they reached for the outside world, wreaking havoc in their path as they conquered the world.
Not wanting to be exposed as someone who had 'possessed' Ainz's dear NPC or be regarded as a traitor of the tomb, he will have to act as the highly intelligent prince the others expect him to be. A difficult task, he feared, but he didn't let all this distract him from the treasures the New World and the tomb offered him.
A journey into a world, into a body that will change him, was just the beginning as he conquers the many beauties and so much more...

The character interactions are exceedingly fluid. writing style was easy to read and focus on. Although early on, best part was the character accuracy. it felt like they were truly intelligent and acted like in the actual overlord.
The concept is interesting at first, but the more you think about it, the more you realize that the "MC" won't be able to do much, since he has to act as momonga's subordinate for being a supreme being, and he can't act freely, Because it's not in his "programming", unless he gets stronger and is able to eliminate momonga or divide nazarick in two, otherwise, he will always be like a caged bird, that's my opinion. It would have been different if the MC was also a player, either from nazarick or created his own super powerful guild, or was someone who helped develop the game and has special access like new races, doing things +18, don't have level limit, world class items, etc, but on the condition that you can't participate in various game events and PVP, or you don't care about those game things and enjoy the games in other ways.
Looking at the frequency of chapter updates, I knew this Overlord fic would be just like the others. They'll never finish it and will only leave readers disappointed when they've loved the book.
Mc doesnt hates albedo! Dont trust other reviews. He is just trying not to get hanged because they can think he has been mind controlled or something else. He tries to act like he hates her while trying to smooth things out for a proper character change so they wont get suspicious.
An OC in an Overlord fanfic as an NPC would have been a little interesting but the MC just felt a little fanboyish especially when he saw Momonga. In terms of his relationship with Albedo, it was funny at the start with them being married but there wasn't anything that made it interesting except for his anger which just came out of nowhere. Its moarly because of ghe MC's personality that i didn't like.
I like it quite a lot, there isnt a specific thing that shines to me in this fic other than me liking npc type of stories, but it is an overlord fic and I'm happy with it
It's good so far, but it's only 10 chapters, 8 technically.. I wish the author updated more or mass released...

I love overlord easily one of my favorite anime. This fanfic is easily the best overlord fanfic I have read
I like this novel there are very few fanfics that I like and this definitely one of those expecting more
This is one of the best fanficts I must have read. The MC and the story is has an original development and very good writing. Characters don't feel left out and writer has a good grasp of the original world Keep up the good work author-kun ๐
Hello author I wanted to make a suggestion for s** for , please add sounds and dialogs between Mc and his lovers during s** scene and please make the s** longer.

This is literally my favorite overlord fanfic. From the character interactions to the gaining of power through saved bug items to achieve godhood. This is a very fun read if you give it a chance.
Very well done story and with a different touch than normal in overlord fanfics, a dominating mc that doesn't stay in drama, a good dose of perversion and submission on the part of the heroines, and a good development of the character without nonsense and using the mechanics of the game for its own benefit without spoiling the story (so that it feels balanced and actually makes some sense within that world)

just like any other overlord fanfic, we have someone that reincarnateas to yggdrasil, but this time he's an npc. while not original it is still quite refreshing to see something 'new'. the start was quite good, but the other just wanted to be different and made the mc absolutely hate albedo, even though they're married. now I can only think of 3 reasons on why the author made this decision. it might be because he wants to add some 'spice', it might be that he wanted to add some weird drama, or it might be that he lacks the ability to write a cohesive story that includes a loving couple so he just set the mc to hate his wife because it's easier to write the story that way. idk don't like it, but if you do.... then ok
