Part 1:

When Oriele woke up in an abandoned building, the first thing she saw was the thing. As she looked around, there were more, more, more. She slowly got up and ran away, but they chased her. They chased and they chased and they chased. Until they killed her. Until she became one of them. Until they found someone else. Until there was no one left in the world...

Part 2:

"Help! Help! Someone, please help!" Luke wandered around, begging for help. He coughed up more blood, attracting more people. Couldn't anyone else see her? The person following him had her head down, letting her thick hair fall down to cover her face.

She went with him wherever he went, her footsteps mute. The first time Luke had seen her face was in the bathroom, through the mirror. Pale, wrinkled skin, hanging loosely off her skeleton. Red eyes, with a crazed look in them. What did she want? She wanted him, she wanted everything...
