Jeong Chung-Cha was a good person. She had some anger issues, sure, but she was a good person—a good sister, a good daughter, a good friend. She wouldn't have started working to support her family at fifteen otherwise after all.

So it made no sense whatsoever that at the end of her seventeenth year on this earth she got hit by a truck while going to get takeout! No sense at all!

The Goddess Of The Divine Sea however took an interest in her for the skills she showed during the course of her rather short life — ballance, parkour and unstoppable determination— and has summoned her now in the gap between worlds to offer her a deal.

Either be reincarnated into the Goddess's hand and help her grasp the world of Daphnia or have her soul progress into the afterlife on her own.
