You can consider this AU to RWBY because I don’t know a lot of the specifics when it comes to Hei “Junior” Xiao and his crime family. I’ll try to stick to what is known but I’m not gonna be going through the comics to get every last detail.
The MC will be a sort of gray character. He will do some bad things and some good things. It just depends on how he’s feeling that day.

Don’t worry, I won’t spend the entire first chapter focusing on how he died
I do not own anything related to RWBY or any other references. I just claim my OCs, but even then they might not be fully my ideas.

Writing quality 5/5 - I like this alot although there are some misspellings but it is very few to none and very little grammatical errors. Story development 4/5 - I can't give this a 5 because it is still very early in development and reading this has been a great experience but I can't say anything about the future tho. Character Design 5/5 - I don't think i have seen people used Junior as the main character before so it is definitely something new to the RWBY fanfics I've read on this App. Updating stability 4/5 - Lets just say that it good to have many chapters at the start but I won't know if you are updating this one consistent because of how many fanfics you need to update. World background 5/5 - Can't wait to see a crime syndicate being an absolute powerhouse in this world but its just the RWBY world ya know what i mean? overall its 4.6 stars

I really like this fanfic since first of all the idea that the Mc is a second-rate villain or a springboard for the protagonist is original , and secondly I really like that the Mc is not a Saint or a Hero who saves and helps people from left to right without a second thought, thirdly he always has a good reason to waste his energy helping people, and I specify that he is not an EvilMc jerk or a simple 😂😂 i say he is neutral leaning towards evil lol 😅, and fourthly he always leaves a choice to those targets (enemies defeated to be with him or against him lol 🤔), and in this fanfic there is almost no grammatical error so I can say that this fanfic will be very interesting or even VERY entertaining 😆 if it is not abandoned like many Fanfic Rwby on this platform(TT).
