It's good. Nice story and ability, the thing that drags this down is obviously the writing quality. The grammar is annoying, it's not the worst on this sight hence I went for 3 stars. Still I dislike people giving 5* review when it's obvious something's bad such as the grammar. Not your fault entirely though. I'd suggest getting an editor or asking someone to edit this for you. The way you keep switching between 3rd and 1st person as well isn't the best, stick with one or the other unless you show where the P.O.V changes.

Writing quality-4 stars: There some grammatical mistakes but it is understandable and the author uses google translate. Stability of Updates-4 stars: From what I've seen, the author updates every three days or so. Story Development-4 stars: A little bit fast-paced which is understandable as the MC needs/wants power and the plot is currently focused on him gaining power. Character Design-4 stars: The MC has an incredible power-set as a golden finger in the beginning which he uses intelligently to gain even more since that's the purpose of his golden finger. World Background-5 stars: This is a fanfic and the author briefly explained the worlds the MC went to.

I like history. It has a great development, you do it very well, without missing details and innovating a lot. I don't know much about Smalville because I didn't see her, but the powers I like so far. all the romance with queen seems to me very done and I hope you take it with you to marvel in the next chapters.
