I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it. I like it.
Currently at chapter 19. Here's my thoughts so far. It's dwelling into the psyche of someone who has returned from the future. Although he understands his flaws and deems that he needs friends, in his mind... he only sees them as equipment to strengthen his power. He doesn't judge people by their character when befriending them but rather their value or because of a whim. However, character does matter to him when it comes to the other side of the spectrum. Without mercy, he was willing to take the life of a villain from the future that took the life of thousands. Is he a hypocrite because he deems that he can change in his second try in life and yet he didn't want to give the villain a change? Yes. However, that's what makes him human.
Reveal Spoilerit updates pretty frequently with no set time. characters are written well. one of my only criticism is that its taking forever to get to the monsters but in all honesty... thats just my impatience.
Reveal SpoilerWriting Quality: 5/5 Story Development: 4/5 Character Design: 4/5 Updating Stability: 5/5 World Background: 5/5 Although its taking a while to get to the main plot, its keeping readers entertained by the build up.
I really liked how the conversation went with Josiah's mother. It obviously still had the fantasy-esque feel to it but it also felt like they could've been real people trying to repair their relationship as parent and child.
Reveal Spoilerit takes place on Earth and is building up the world slowly. characters seem less anime-ish and more... Percy Jackson-ish in terms of how they act and respond. needs to update more frequently.
It's a good novel. Grammer is rarely off and when it is, its a spelling mistake such as "in" instead of "I'm". It has pretty vivid descriptions of sceneries and assists in imagination but also allows the readers freedom to have a unique image in their mind.
It hasn't gotten to the part where monsters attack and guilds are formed but rather its spending its time building character relationships and allowing for growth beyond that of "I'm a hunter so I hunt now".

Author's review. Although I'm taking college classes, I'm trying my hardest to upload quite frequently. One thing I hope to do when writing is creating a "world". One full of people that readers can appreciate. Rich of stories to tell beyond this book. Hope you enjoy. It's not fast paced nor slow paced. It moves at the speed that I deem fits the speed of the scenes taking place in my mind.
