Take inspiration from the original book of recommendations and format yours better. Example/ideas Name the chapter as the title of the fanfic you’re recommending Name the chapter as the original name of the fanfic I.e if it’s a naruto fanfic title it naruto. If it’s a crossover, naruto crossover First thing inside chapter, the stats of the work such as word count It’s all extra work for better communication of your recommendations, you don’t have to do it but it would really help get the information across plus since you’re already copying a chapter from the fanfic, I doubt getting stats or other needed info will take more then 2 minutes, especially for fanfiction.net
