Synopsis
The life of Xie Xie has always been difficult. Family and friends that has ostracized him due to his seemingly never ending bad luck. Anyone close to him would end up hurt or fall ill and so eventually he was left alone.
With no one else to lean on he could only use Anime, Novels, and Games to ease his loneliness. Unknown to him the ring he wore was sucking up his Luck and soon it would be filled.

I'm also going by the manga as all my info is coming from it and not the Novel.
Everyone writes Fan-Fics about the main character Tang Wulin and I thought about making an AU of Xie Xie
This is also my first fan-fic or writing project in general I've ever written so go easy on me. My English is bellow average and I'm mostly writing this for fun. I do hope you enjoy the story I've written and stay for the ride.

Author here giving a shameless review of his own story. This is going to be a lot slower of a pace of story and it's going to delve into the childhood of Xie Xie. This is a story of a man disappointed in the world and distrusts those around him. I overall liked Xie Xie as a character except that he was mostly relegated into a supporting character and used mostly for comedic relief. I hoped his character had more development into a more cooler and mature outlook. Slight spoilers: The main character won't be receiving his memories straight up but instead only pieces of his memories will be given to him at a time and he will have to slowly piece together who he is. I think this makes it more engaging and more realistic as to me being thrown into another body and instantly knowing who they are and receiving all their memories isn't fun and takes away the character development. His cheat: A gatcha but not an ordinary one. A really really trashy one where he gets one normal pull a day which could be trash or treasure depending on luck but as well all know from gatcha games it's going to be hell but to compensate on his birthday he will receive a golden pull. I hope this makes the MC less OP and while he does receive some help from the gatcha he will mostly have to put in hard work and effort to become strong following this worlds power system. Things are always subject to change as this story is mostly for fun but this is how i currently view the story progressing.~ As always I hope you guys give it a try and give it a read.
