It's 2019 and magic exists with all of Earth's populace being able to specialize in one of the core elements namely Fire,Earth,Electricity, and Water.

Now Kee Hin-Myung a detective is trying to solve a web of strange murders when he encounters Im Soo Min the younger sister of one of the people murdered. Now it's up to Hin-Myung to protect Soo Min from being one of the victims and solve the crimes for good.
