Jeff had been famous for being the best King Slayer in Throne Wars.
He slaughtered hundreds of thousands of players with his team, and conquered every team on the pro circuit.
However, after retiring, nothing came along that ever challenged him until a doctor showed up with a limosine and an offer he couldn't refuse.
"If you are able to beat Monarch, an AI I created in even one game, I'll make all your wildest dreams come true."
Jeff, who had been almost invincible by himself, pondered if he should take the offer.
Then, his best friend Marcus, accepted the offer for him.
