Zique crawled out of the gutters by himself and majored in the theory of magic. All so that he could break the blatant pyramid that took everything from those on the bottom.

He was a talent that one doesn't come across often, he theorized and created innovations that changed the way people had always done things. Repeatedly.

But he was weak. His spirit bud was ordinary.

The nobles and the jealous gathered with the greedy to suppress him from all sides. Trying to monopolize his studies and discoveries.

But when every path seemed blocked, Zique looked at the sky and saw a dimensional gate.

An empress fell on his head.
