The moonlight shone on the two people by the river. They looked like a loving pair.

The man held the woman so tenderly, afraid of hurting her. His hand caressed her face.

She looked up at him and asked, “Is the view beautiful, Luke? I can hear the fireworks, but I can’t see them.”

The man’s lips curled in pain and vowed in his heart that he was going to find a donor. He would gladly give his eyes for her, but sadly, they weren’t compatible.

She had to wait for months...or even years. His heart ached. His beautiful Summer deserved the best of everything.

“Yes, it’s stunning. The fireworks are very colorful, Summer. They are so attractive,” he choked.

Summer smiled so brightly like the first time they met. And he fell for her even more deeply.
