Synopsis
Getting dragged with his friend to a nightclub didn't seem like the worst thing that could happen to Elfric Woods. At least that's what he thought before he found himself in a basement with a crazy cult that worshiped the devil!
Out of all those present, Elfric was chosen to get his wish fulfilled by the devil.
But how when this whole thing was a big misunderstanding! The next thing he knows is that there is a demon living inside him rent free asking him what he desires the most in this world?
In a world ruled only by the elite aristocrats of Lauxdale, and the commoners pay with their life to ensure that the Nobles remains rich.
Does shaking hands with the devil change the discord that these people have been living in for all this time? The answer is only in Elfric's hands.

Although my favorite part is the worldbuilding, I really liked the way the author uses language. It's just so...is luscious the right word? In any case, the style itself is really enjoyable. The word choices alone would have been enough to get me hooked. The main character feels alive. He is fully and completely human. And the horror elements utilize traditional horror tropes in a freshly original and scary way. A worthy read.
The synopsis is written very wonderfully. The opening of the story is very intersting. At least for me it was something new and fresh that I read but I enjoyed it. Good job author. I highly recommend this story[img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]
Solid story so far. The first chapter leaves you with questions that make you crave more, and the it's pretty interesting. Only peeve I have is the author does this thing where something is establish something such as the MC's eyes being bi-colored, and it reiterate. Which is fine, but I feel the author does it that teeny bit too much in some areas. Other than that, I like it so far. Can't wait to see more author.
Wonderfully written with a traditional high fantasy style. The worldbuilding and the prose are on a whole different level from most books here. I love it!! A big round of applause to the author!

Interesting storyline from how the character stumbles upon a demon cult. The characters are well written and it flows nicely. Let’s see what happens in the following chapters! Keep up the good work!

I'm glad someone knows to paint a picture starting with the first chapter. I definitely like the "You said we were going to a nightclub- not this nightclub!" exchange. I find this story believable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
