Is it not unreasonable that he has unlimited access to all types of information and is still so powerless that he has almost endless books out there formulas spells or artifacts are his potential limited? Then go and make yourself a potion of infinite potential that shouldn't just stick to anime, manga, movies or TV series there's an infinite universe just make up something and make this guy strong because one day beerus or odin may come with an infinitely strong figure, and it's extremely frustrating that he slowly grows stronger as if he were an idiot I apologize for my bad English already

I think he should be much stronger than he is now because the library has infinite knowledge meaning he has access to any information of anything he'd ever need. But the downside of making him op would be that the book would become boring.

honestly don't know how good the story is to be honest and once I got to the point where he was told by the tower master that he could never have love and never be married to the end of his days. when I read that I was like yeah I'm going to drop and I've read somebody else is comment about we don't need another hero novel nothing wrong with having a scholar. Yada yada yada but there ain't nothing wrong with somebody having one wife I don't know about anybody else but I would not want to live with not being able to have a woman
