Avalon Carmichael is a normal college student. After a normal girls night goes horribly wrong Avalon learns she isn't as normal as she thought. She learns there are dark forces after her and her family. Avalon is thrust into chaos and danger. She joins an ancient organization called The Moon that protects the world.
She learns the The Moon are at war with another ancient organization called The Star and they're losing badly and Avalon is caught in the middle each side seeking the power burning inside her.
