The Obscure Antiquity

The story follows Ashi, a young woman who is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given no hope for survival. However, she is approached by an evil entity that offers to save her life in exchange for possession of her body. Ashi makes a deal with the entity to spare her family and only take her soul on full moons and eclipses. As a result, Ashi is able to beat the cancer but must now contend with the presence of the evil entity inside her. Along the way, she is supported by her family and friends, including Kali, a woman with knowledge of ancient sorcery. The story takes a turn towards ancient civilization and sorcery, as Ashi discovers she is the chosen one who must save humanity from the return of an ancient evil.
