THE SUPER POWER MYTH

Can there be a "SUPERPOWER"? In the current world situation, can one government or Bloc become a super power and firmly control and direct other persons and governments in the world?
The "left" and "right", Western and Communist East, two Bloc "Cold War" that emerged after World War II, seems over. Talking about the War in Ukraine is it possible that there was a third party responsible for it. Could it be true that not everything Western media broadcasts about Russian troops in Ukraine is the truth........
