If Supreme Uprising is conjugated to surprising I'd have no qualms about it. This novel starts slow in the first chapter but picks up real quick and within the 20 or so chapters you'd already have a complete arc which is rare in types of stories. Most authors would've probably just drag it out and make and satisfaction won't set in until the hundredth chapter, but SupRising isn't that kind of story. If you're looking for an interesting Systems Genre story with a whole bunch of face slapping, then this is the novel for you. Cheers!
It is nice and all for a newbie to read, BUT FOR NOOBS ONLY!!! It is worse than you thought. Other than the frequency of updates, nothing is worth our time in this novel. The goes like cramming you full of nonsense and it is extremely fast paced and it is worse than I thought. I repeated worse than I thought a lot already and it just shows how worse it is. Be careful folks in reading this novel. And may God bless us all.

It is worth reading. So read it if you have nothing else to read. One of the issues with this LN is that the Author is zzzzzzz. The MC gains some SUPER awesome cultivation methods about 400 chapters into the LN. These methods GREATLY and HUGELY increase that stats of a person without requiring them to increase their cultivation-realm-level. Thus boosting any and all future cultivation by crazy amounts. This would allow them to be one of the more powerful races of their Human Alliance that they are in. Even though no one else can go to the cultivation grounds, that were made for these methods, no where was it stated that they were needed. From everything stated they only help in the cultivation of them. They are not needed to cultivate the methods. After he uses them he just forgets about them and lets the die off him is head. Never shares them with his sister, mother, other earthlings that followed him in the past, the only 4 "kinda" sect friends that he has, or the powerful sect that had his back for the last couple hundred chapters where the sect head is now almost his follower. MC now wants to make his own personal sect, but still doesn't give them these awesome training methods. How and in what way can he create this supposed wishfully powerful sect without training/cultivation methods? On top of this the MC has no life at all. He never walks through a city. Never goes to a restaurant. Never, anything. This LN is more like a shell without the peanuts inside. All the cultivation adventures or whatnot are just time-skipped over. You are given a glimpse into the start of it and then time-skip and "Boom, MC's punch finished it off and monster fell to the ground dead" "congratulations MC you have finished this section of the training. You may now leave.". During this time the MC goes from level 1 of this cultivation realm to level 10 of this cultivation realm. And now on the verge of breaking though to the new cultivation realm all in one time-skip.
Story starts of decently. But around chapter 100 the story starts to drag and at chapter 200 it grows bad. On the positive side, if you like face slapping this story might be for you, but let me explain. a usual progression of a martial arts novel formula is usually: overarching plot -> current plot -> introduction of enemy, most of the time both long and short term enemy -> face slapping -> winning some reward -> repeat above. this novel is different starting at chapter 200 its all about: introduction of short term enemy -> face slapping -> repeat or in other words its invincible dragon but meant seriously. i could swear, that i read the sentence 'MC was so strong that...' either way, only read if you like the above mentioned formula. i dont know how many tens of chapters and how many enemies it has been since the plot really progressed.
Title should be changed to "Supreme Trope" in order to reflect the actual story development that is being pursued. Looks like I will be dropping this story and I am leaving this final 'review' just to let the author know I care.

Started of good, now has gone downhill. Too many fillers 3-4 chapters worth (mostly back and forth between characters with the story not moving forward or anywhere.) For the first time I'm dropping a novel. It had potential but MC became OP too fast and the author became greedy. In my opinion it's not worth spending the spirit stones and if you have subscription its not worth wasting time when you can read other good novels
Although this novel had a lot of cliches, the cheat the MC receives is relatively unique. It's really fast paced and expects you to already know a good amount about Xianxia's. Still, I'm enjoying this right now, even though my enjoyment will probably dwindle after a few hundred chapters.
First of all the picture is misleading...he is not an archer, he's a martial artist. The naming sense is terrible, and there are a lot of inconsistencies like one moment the enemy is a 2nd class martial master then at the next chapter he's become a 1st class. I mean come on. It's so confusing that I got tired oF it so I just skimmed thru a lot. Full of Chinese cliche. The mc is ruthless but he's always underestimated even if everybody knows that he's op just for the sake of bullshit. It's good if you're just starting to read novels. Whats with the Chinese always 'splitting',burning,defying heaven? If the heavens could just reply back it would say 'you Chinese fcks better get circumsised first before talking about splitting me.
The story is great in my opinion, but I tend to like any book that satisfies my angsty blood. Truthfully, the world-building happens quite fast and sometimes it's just a bunch of info being dumped on you, but once you sort through that information, it is quite amazing. The fights tend to follow the same old cliches in which sometimes it ALMOST seems like the main character is about to lose but then he wins. I don't actually think he has legitimately and formally lost a battle yet. It follows the same trope as certain cultivation bases are revealed to the main character as he rises through the ranks, which I'm okay with. One thing that sucks is that the quality of translation takes quite a steep dive as you get further into the book. Names will often be wrong and certain names will be mistaken and misplaced. Sometimes even cultivation techniques will be mistaken as a character's name. The overall flow doesn't change much but it seems like less care is getting put into the story, which sucks. The main character is okay but he always overcomes basically all obstacles. The side characters are pretty bland and the enemies are worse. They are all one-dimensional idiots who repeatedly spout out their backing before being killed, and it stays like this throughout the entire story. One thing that annoys me is that everyone has a mind attribute that increases as they get stronger, but everyone has borderline mental disabilities and are retarded. They can't think straight and are always so f***ing prideful. The romance is almost nonexistent. There is one main girl but the mc never actually portrays where he stands and never says whether he loves her or not. I actually like it this way because I tend to not like romance in novels like this, I like them to focus solely on the mc. The story develops in the same way the cultivation bases are revealed. Once the mc gets to the peak of what he knows, more is revealed and more parts of the cosmos is shown. I actually like how they do this though. After all the bashing that I have gave this novel, I actually really enjoy it. I started reading it to quench my thirst for battle after reading The Mech Touch and this sure can do it. So if you are looking for an overpowered protagonist and don't care much, this is a good book for you.

Worth a read. However, it seems this author is 100% incapable of moving the story forward unless there is some HUGE Badass group that he has to surpass ASAP or die. Why can't the author progress the story through finding out secrets to the world? Stuff left behind in ruins and old ancient tombs? I worry that this will be the the only way things progress for the rest of the story. There are 100s of stories that do this and almost 85%-90% of them are all trash

What's going on with the translator? Has he quit? Being replaced? On a break? Need at least some note or something so I know not to bother looking out for a new one any time soon.

Is this LN going to be a TRASH LN where the author constantly screws over the MC to force the plot forward? Just a few chapters ago the MC was screwed out of his 100million and the "emperor" title and everything else that went along with breaking a record. The author never fixed that for the MC. Now he his forcing the MC into another deathtrap and this isn't the first deathtrap that the author forced upon the MC. Is this entire plot of the LN going to be "FORCEFULLY SCREW THE MC"?!?!?!
