Synopsis

Sam is a young boy who is being raised in an orphanage. His life there isn't much fun, as the other kids bullied him because of an ugly grey eye-patch that was sealed onto him. Only his 'sister', Lydia really cares about him. One morning, close to his 16th birthday, a group of people try to kill him in the forest nearby, but Sam doesn't just survive... Follow Sam and his adventure in this fantasy universe as he tries to find out about his birth, and secrets about his very existence that no one seems to know.

"Shameless" Review from the author. While I know I am not the "Best" at writing, I know the amount of detail and thought I put into my work, while the amount of errors are almost non-existent. Although only the prologue and 1 chapter is out, I have a general idea of where the direction of the story will go. The only thing left is to flesh out the details of how it gets there. The quality will be extremely high, using descriptive writing as seen in the prologue and the first chapter. As I am new to actually writing a fiction, plot development, character design and settings may not all be quite up to par, but I will be trying my best to gradually expand on the ideas and characters introduced. I am currently a college student and have a full time job, so I can not guarantee a stable release date. I will try my best to start with one a week and go from there. This is a "side project" for me, that I am doing for fun. I am open to ideas and suggestions to improve, so constructive criticism is welcome. Please don't just say "You are terrible" but not explaining why you think that.
