Itโs a good start, might need some fix here and there but other than that itโs a good novel, for second world you can use my hero academy, marvel, dc, bleach, one piece, Toriko or Pokรฉmon. this is only suggesting that i can think of, but if you choose marvel please make a comedy with deadpool.
horrible romance, protagonist has an omnipotent system, OP lineage, 16 years old is a jounin, actor gave op powers to nerf in the first chapter.

The writer makes very interesting changes in the story, the MC is strong, he wants to train and have fun doing it, even having a system that can give him everything, he only takes what is necessary to grow to his best ability, and incredibly he does it in a way that It doesn't bother me, as he skipped the part of learning Fuijutsu to a Mastered one, but he practiced his Ninjutsus and Taijutsu. But still, you have your preparations made in case something goes wrong and will use the system without restrictions if necessary.

the typical story about an MC with too much potential/power and too little ambition, i don't know if you see it like me but i think he's too passive, and there is just so many time skip, like all we saw of him or the rest of character in his first 12 years was a couple of dialogue and that's all.
I like this story. The chapter are not too short and the writing quality is pretty good not like those chinese fanfiction where it is needed to guess what does mean what. The other points are all very good too.
