Synopsis
"It was a regular day when Zhou Qingfeng chose to spend his afternoon watching a random movie he stumbled upon on the internet.
It described a mysterious and instantaneous collapse of all governments worldwide that plunged the world into a lawless Wasteland. Unsatisfied with the ending, Zhou Qingfeng boldly proclaimed that he could have handled the situation better if he had been the protagonist.
To his surprise, his rant was answered by the creator of the movie—a self-proclaimed “GOD""—who offered to magically transport Zhou Qingfeng into the world of the movie, just before the Catastrophe, so he could walk the talk. I believe this was on gravity tales named Rise of the Wasteland, it was really racist. They wrote 314 chapters and it stopped on 2018, I think. I wouldn’t recommend this trash novel. Of course, someone will disagree with me saying “There isn’t something such as a trash novel.” Bro, I read this when it was being translated, and I can say with certainty of a fanatical cultist, that this is pure trash. Read this on gravity tales and couldn't continue cause if the racist stereotypes retarded the chinese author have of different people from differet countries. The protagonist is a psychopath rapist who likes killing for the sake of killing. This novel is literally the author projecting his biases and desires to do whatever the **** he wants in a world filled with no consequences. LMAO at anyone who thinks this is a good novel and gives it a higher rating than 1
The translation is good. But the characters are written the way a typical author from China would write: like stereotypes of races and how some are just straight out associated with thugs and the general bad crowd. It's not for everyone, not me and it's not the type of apocalyptic novel I enjoy. The first 60 chpts focus on pre-apocalypse and a little of the Apocalypse. I actually read this somewhere else. But I forgot where. Sorry. Some people like a certain genre like face-slapping etc, so some people might like this kind of book. The background and characters are similar to the "The Great Worm Lich"

Racist garbage that had already been translated up to a few hundred chapters previously, so it isn't even "new". This is one of those chinese novels that panders to their hatred of anything "western" and cultures outside of their own. It flaunts it in nearly every chapter later on, almost like the author is trying to over compensate for something really.

Es chocante ver como alguien del sector cultural de un país "Escritor" , puede arrodillarse de semejante manera para mamar pijas a un pensamiento político que no representa su estatuto económico. Y mas aun es impensable que el publico popular culto de china "Lectores" pueda tragar semejante mierda y pagar para que le inflen el estomago de pensamientos políticos ultra-derechistas. No solo no recomendable, sino evitable.
Pretty decent story so far. One thing I found annoying is how easy it is to steal cars which makes no sense for a more technology advanced society. The first car that was taken at least had the pretext of a spare key in the visor, after that people are stealing dozens of cars right and left. Even the heavily armed police vehicle was taken away without issue.

So many negative reviews.. I didn't read it before so i don't know how bad it gets but with the current 60 chapters, its good and worth reading. There could always be something that you can see as "racist" but it depends now deep it goes and i don't have issues as long as it is not too bad.
I think this novel was on gravity tales and had more than a hundred or two hundred chapters already. Anyway, this novel has all the cliches I find annoying in Chinese novels. The novel has a mc who becomes a *** crazed maniac in less than 100 chapters, he has Captain America level of powers in normal earth, kills people for whatever reason(Some delinquents were harassing a harem member. He wanted to teach them a lesson and ended up breaking someone's bone. He felt like it would cause trouble to him so he just killed them all instead. The guys didn't want to kill him or anything, they were just perverts verbally harassing a girl...) This story is pointlessly nationalistic(Author mentions China superiority in places nobody really cares) and author doesn't know about foreign countries that much, so every foreigner is a stereotype. All mexicans are drug gangs here, American girls are really "open", The only Russian is Zangief with a gun, Author even made the Brazilian guy play Samba as wedding music... He was really forcing stereotypes down everyone's throat. Anyway I dropped the novel when we were getting like 5 whole chapters about the process MC mating with harem member N.34. Oh Yeah author has a fetish with Netori, two of potential girls in the real world are already taken.(One is married, the other has a boyfriend. I quit around the chapter MC was mating in secret in front of the boyfriend.) This novel has every bad cliche I know, even face slapping bs. No creative novels this batch with maybe the "dominating the pugilistic world" one. The rest is all copy and paste of successful genres we have all read a thousand times.
