Word alter in My Hero Academia (MHA)

The mc slowly grows stronger. He won’t be too OP. E.g spamming his quirk.

Synopsis:

Arthur is killed by truck-kun while he watches black clover. He meets god and gets to reincarnate to My hero academia world with his quirk being word alter.
