World of Dragons and Vikings

After having an unexpected death at the age of 20, a man reincarnated into the world of Warhammer in the Old Worlds. However, he didn't just reincarnate into the warhammer universe, but reincarnated as Ulrich Franz, Karl Franz's younger brother. After many years of battling in that world, he dies again after holding back the hordes of chaos in hopes of trying to buy time for his brother to rally the heroes of mankind and push back against the tides of chaos. Once again, he awakes into a foreign place but this time he reincarnates into a world dominated by dragons and vikings with no signs of Greenskins, Chaos etc.
