Lord Krishna wasn't known for his schemes, simply because he was OP. Shakuni was a weakling through and through, but his only strength was his scheming wit. Also, Shankuni did not fail. The war was mostly irrelevant to him. He wanted to end the Kuru line as revenge for his brothers, and he accomplished it. Save for the Pandavas and a few illegitimate children, no one was left of the Kuru line.

It was a joint operation. If you are doing stuff as a team, the spoils are distributed as a team. Gordon has already said he would be compensated later. The spoils in the conflict are common property. Also, regardless of the circumstance, Alvin was the one who set the factory on fire. One could argue he was forced to due to the incompetence of Hivemind, but still. It's reasonable he gives up mystical items whose cost will go to the resolution of the matter.

This is a fanfiction. I myself am a huge fan of the original, and the original is a masterpiece. I recommend you read it if you haven't. The whole concept of fanfiction is not to replace the original book, but to build upon untouched aspects of the original book, and change some incidents/endings which you didn't particularly like, for example, a character that was killed off. That's the point of this fanfiction. Some characters I like who died in the original book will live. Some tragic characters will have happy endings. Some characters I did not like will go through some suffering. If you haven't read the original, I understand the fanfiction would hardly make sense, both in terms of lack of specific worldbuilding and abrupt introduction of characters and groups with no explanation. But it would only make sense if the original book is used as a premise.......

Indeed it does. Klein has limited spirituality, and can't pull too many members into the Tarot Club. When he first came to the grey space, he pulled 2 people, and later realised that he couldn't pull more. When he became a Seer, he was able to pull another person, but didn't. When he digestd the Seer potion completely, he pulled in a third person, and implies he could pull another one if he wanted. Later, when he became a Clown, he mentions that he could have pulled some more people person. He experiments with Xio, but only pulls in Fors after he becomes a Magician. So there is a slot free right after or before Klein becomes a Clown if he is interested.
