Synopsis
Alvin Hans woke up one day to find that he had transmigrated into the world of Lord of the Mysteries. He was hiding in the suburbs of Backlund, inheriting from his now deceased predecessor his memories, a vengeance seeking quest, a bunch of people after his life, and an extraordinary item of the Hunter Pathway, a few weeks before the start of the canon storyline.
Aiming to make the best of it, Alvin decides to live put a fulfilling life, with the goal of becoming the Red Priest.

There are very few lotm fics and to find a half decent one is like finding a piece of diamond in tons of coal. This fic is on a good start, I loved the development, the characters, the new situations in this already developed world. Really hope it is not abandoned! Author! Keep it up!
This is one of the longer fanfiction set on the incredibly setting of the Lord of the Mysteries and for that alone I would give it a decent score. However it's also very short in spelling mistakes and the writing is very decent for the usual standard of fanfics. It also has a good consistency of updates as far as I've noted but then again I've only started reading it about a week ago so I don't know how it was previously. Besides all that the author has done a really good job doing his world building and having the MC go through some very believable original adventures which only peripherally touch upon what little we know from that side of the world prior to Klein's isekai. All in all I'm very happy with what I've read so far and have high hopes for more such content =D

I made this account just to comment on this. It is great to see that a fan fic is making the effort to stay true to the original material, while bringing its own unique perspective to the story. As of chapter 40, I find the story to be refreshingly good. Once thing you could consider is to have this book under 'fan-fic' section rather than the original section. I think that people who are looking for such fan-fics will have an easier time finding it. I am not sure whether you will be allowed to directly transfer the book to the fan-fic section, but if not, you can keep this copy in the original section as well. Once you compare which copy of the book is getting more views (original vs fan-fic), you can choose to abandon the other copy.
Any Lord of the mysteries will get a 5 star review from me, I don't care if it's good or bad. Waking up to be faced with a string of mysteries, Zhou Mingrui finds himself reincarnated as Klein Moretti in an alternate Victorian era world where he sees a world filled with machinery, cannons, dreadnoughts, airships, difference machines, as well as Potions, Divination, Hexes, Tarot Cards, Sealed Artifacts…

The best fic of lord of mysteries that I read so far, I admit that I have not read many fics of lomt but that does not take away the good things, the plot is not a copy and paste of the canon and the mc acts in a logical and intelligent way, In general it is worth reading and I hope that in future chapters the mc does not become the bootlicker of klein and he follows his own story.
I'm surprised how good it is. I have read 3-4 MTL novels about lord of mysteries. this is far better than those novels. I feel like story development is slow (sometimes) but I understand as author is properly explaining characters actions, ( mc is not stupid ) I feel like MC's female partner and niomi (?) get ignored. I get it that they don't have enough strength but I almost forgot them.
