Regarding what 'world' they are talking about here, it's not limited to the 'world' Rimuru reincarnated to. What Akasha meant was the whole Tensura verse as in it not only contains the central world where the series happened but also encompasses related universes like Satoru's (Rimuru) og universe. Think of it this way, MCU is just a small part of Marvel 'world' which is also made up of comic verses.
The voice of the world huh? Guess it makes sense if we think 'logically'. I did read several arguments regarding that topic. So with that in mind, even when Rimuru achieves his ultimate form, if 'he' goes outside his own 'world', most of his powers will be useless since most of them come from his skills.

I discussed it with A-chan and the chance of creating a method for multiversal travel using concept magic is dependent on energy usage. And I understand the magnitude of energy needed for such travels would be colossal. I've already got things in mind though, I can use 'that' place.

He didn't get poisoned by the monster meat so he also did not get extremely stressed and had his hair whitened. The only reason Hajime's hair turned white was because of the extreme stress he experienced as he ate monster meat since it broke down his body only to be healed by the ambrosia. It's a condition but I forgot the name of it.
