The whole scene happened mainly due to the fact they'd missed each other so much. Obviously, they care for each other greatly, but the only reason Drake was fine with doing something like that was that Ciri already knew, as he mentions that if Ciri was there she'd want to play too. Drake is technically 16 in spite of everything he's still a teenager and asking hm to resist temptation in a situation like that is asking alot. Just to clear things up. Drake won't have a harem, though Ciri may have a collection of side chicks :)

So the reason he got the nickname hollow in his past life was that he showed little to no emotions. The reason for that was that he was in the wrong universe and he viewed everyone as NPC's from a game in a sense. Now he's back to his actual universe his emotions are back to somewhat normal.

I'm not sure about dating, but they were definitely in a relationship of some kind.
Finally rounding out the three main, main characters of the show, Derek Hale. Now Derek's story is by far the saddest of the show. His girlfriend's body rejects the bite, so she asks him to kill her. His whole family gets burnt in a fire, except Peter, Laura, And Cora, who he has no idea about. Peter kills Laura, what a lovely uncle and all that happens before the show even starts. Even when the show starts, it doesn't get better. Poor Derek. Poor poor Sourwolf.
