Synopsis

Two low-ranking denizens from different mythologies have the exact same recurring dream, and eventually come to discover that they can interact with one another, and even cross over to their paradigms.
Initially they regard each other as the source of their mutual misfortune, but come to find that they both exist in different universes. Someone else, probably very powerful, must be doing this in service of some greater goal. No one believes them in their own worlds because of their pitiful rank, so they set off to discover this strange and abstract world of dreams together, to uncover the latent conspiracy as it all collapses in around them.

Will they uncover the source of this terrible circumstance, or will they lose themselves in the abyssal nothingness of the dream?

I suppose it is time that I threw my own hat into the ring, and talk directly to the audience. I see that everyone else is doing it, so why should I not? I just want to say, welcome to my dream. I have had this story percolating in the back of my head for the past decade, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to make this fiction a reality. As such, I will not be compromising quality over quantity. If you are expecting a lot of low-effort mindless scrolling then I will be quite disappointing. This is a mature story for seasoned literature afficionados, like me. I am writing this mostly for my own satisfaction, and people like me who expect a challenge. This will have large words, because I enjoy them. This will have complex, multi-faceted characters, because I can't help myself. This will have a brain shattering narrative theme, because I crave that kind of validation for my ideals. I don't expect to please everybody, but those of you who are up to the task, will lose your minds to the depth and grandeur of my world. That being said, if you do wind up falling in love with the text of my story, do us both a favor, and tell me how you think I am doing. It really helps me feel encouraged to continue, and allows me to reach more people as well. Thanks again. Eli 🥰

10/10. The only reason I have yet to give a perfect score is that it's a bit hard to observe any world background as it relies deeply on the reader's knowledge of Greek mythology. But by god, this was a great read.

5 stars, I am a Greek Myth fan, and it is easy to read, the text is smoother and coherent. Really makes it easy to read fast that chapters quickly fly by. For characters, Xantheaa is quite interesting and it shows that she has a personality which I even find hard to make. The world-building as well it is very elusive and evocative of what the details are on the scene. It is a fascinating story. One thing I would recommend though would be to space out paragraphs to make them easier to read, they feel convoluted but nevertheless, keep up the good work.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of someone who is an incredibly picky reader and oftentimes finds it difficult to enjoy first-person perspective and new stories but who has also finally found someone with a talent like I've never seen before. Once again, you've made it difficult for me to dislike first-person and once again you've made me want to read something new after YEARS of disappointments. Looking forward to more!

Honestly, I didn't get bored reading this novel. Xantheaa's personality is entertaining, her thoughts are expressive plus conversation between her and Thall isn't boring and actually fun to read! I don't know if I should praise the author or Xantheaa instead^^ 'Cause it was like this is really a journal of a true person🙌🙌💯

Every book needs to find the right readers. Well, that's what I believe as a newbie writer and reader. This book's storyline is really interesting and the way it was written was at a really high standard. Although I think the book needs to find the right readers. Readers that are knowledgeable about Mythology and readers who can really devote themselves to learning what they are reading for. I'm not saying that it won't be interesting to other redears but I know it will receive more appropriation from those kinds of readers. I hope this book finds those readers here at Webnovel. Keep working on the book, author.

First thing I'd like to say about this novel is how well written it is. The diction used makes it very easy to visualize what's going on. The story is interesting and it makes me wonder what the future hold for Xan. I will keep up with this series.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. As an incredibly picky reader, it's hard to find anything good anymore, but this is way better than good. It's amazing! And vivid details, especially with the Sphinx, are some of the best things I've ever read. I wish I had more power stones so I can keep voting for this story.

Never read romance novels so not my cup of tea. But this novel forced me to write a review and also read three chapters and I am still reading. This novels is a boom because of too good descriptive writing along with the heavy plotline surrounding the greeks. Just chef's kiss this novel is still reading review could change

This one of a kind of first person perspective I have ever seen before. It's really impressive how the author had traded into a different lane of writing style using such concept. From the depths of my heart, I strongly admire the author's writing.

Interesting story. It's hard to believe that this story has an additional myth (I found out about that when I accidentally came across a scene from Hypnos). It feels light and also makes me want to read again until I forget the time. After all, I accidentally found a hidden message from the line you wrote. Unfortunately I forgot what it means. My bad 😅🙏After all.. keep it up, authors! Keep writing and also, it would be great if in the next chapter there is an unexpected moment that makes the reader curious. But well.. it all depends on you. 😁✨️
