Id rate writing quality as 5*, same for updates, but character development and the plot are 2* at the most, u made the char. a lolicon from the get go the most messed up part is that loli is the system, + no actual story line so far and the pokemon lv. just go up randomly.
Honestly, your calligraphy is not bad, but it's not good for an author, it has to improve, the story itself is good, the way you write it is bad, it's as if a robot was writing the story and that's not good.

I love the idea of the pokemon POV but the personality that you gave ralts is just to much. With ralts scaring his other pokemon that much they will never work as well as they could for him. So far it doesn't seem like he knows what ralts is doing, if so hopefully he finds out soon so that he can fix that personality. But as of right now the only pokemon actually happy to be in his team is ralts. I've always liked systems with personalities so I have nothing to say there except that hopefully as he gets older the systems form gets older too.
