Without even approving, Lena touched it. First, she poked on it like it was some exotic species, then she gently placed her entire hand on it. He could feel her warm hand on his cold body. It sent a warm tingle throughout his body.
"Does it hurt?" Lena asked.
"No. Pain is just an emotion in the brain. I might feel it at first, but I already learned how to avoid the pain, hiding it away."
Lena stood up, standing in front of him. "Sorry I was rude. You can see mine too."
"What? I don't want --"
Lena lifted her shirt up a bit but he grabbed her hands to stop and pulled the shirt back down. "I don't need to see it."
"But, mine's pretty. You need to see it!"
"I really don't want to see it."
"Are you calling it ugly too?! No it's pretty, I promise!"

This is one of my favourite novels right now..... Very interesting... The FL personality is just very good. She is not too strong, she just use her brain AND she makes mistakes "not stupid ones though". The ML is kinda cute... First you will think he is bad and all... Well he is but every body have their goods and bads soo yeah. He didn't rape her at least like other novels on webnovel these days... Anyway it's very fun to read so READ IT. I like it very much ❤️❤️YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED FOR SURE!!!!

I hate everything about this so far. The chemistry so far is totally forced and we're meant to see an abusive character and find him hot??? Or at least that's what the author seems to be forcing on the main character who seems pretty well rounded when it comes to anything other than her attraction and interaction with the psychopath that tried to hire someone to GANG RAPE AND KILL HER. I'm so disappointed because the idea behind it had promise but so far all I've read is another story that follows all the bad tropes and tries to create an unhealthy amount of sympathy for a horrible person who doesn't deserve any. Also I understand that mental health is a very complicated issue but it's horrible that there are people, especially young girls who don't have much experience with relationships or life in general, who will read this and think that that's the ideal man. There are already way too many stories that promote this trope and I feel sick just thinking about the real damage these fictional relationships can lead to.

The story doesn't make sense. Mc wants second lead type but is chasing after main lead type. Her actions also don't make much sense. Before transmigration story also doesn't make sense.
This novel has been super interesting and captivating!!! The author experienced some technical difficulties therefore had to move the novel under a different title, and not all the readers are aware therefore it hasn't received as much love as before. However the quality of this novel is undeniable. The characters are detailed and so well designed. Everything about this novel is amazing. The author is also very nice and hardworking, they truly appreciate every single reader ♡
if you like abusive CEO who tried to hurt FL very baldy, but FL ends up falling in love whit him knowing he tried to hurt her, then this is for you. (not talking about the gangster who tried to rape her, FL had two bounties on her, one made by villain, other made by ML, so even if ML ends up falling in love whit her later in the story, he did still pay people to make her "immobiled" in other words handicapped, and FL knows he did this, still she falls in love whit him). But for all means, if you like abusive CEOS who is mentally psychopath, then this is just for you.
The story defeat the purpose of the title. The FL said she will fall for the 2nd lead, but who's the ML lead? A *fake 2nd lead that once sent a group of people (8), to rape and kill her. She got rescued by a potential 2nd lead, however, she gave him cold shoulders and decided to be bundle up with the dude that almost got her kill. That's definitely not realistic unless she has a loose screw on her head. The author also force the interaction between these 2 leads; such as the 1st kiss and the bite mark that looks like a hickey due to been rubbed excessively ( he should have taken a shower instead if he cant stand it like you said)

Its not my cup of tea i hate stories like this at first i liked it and then i checked some spoilers thats when it became one of the type of novel that i really hate maybe 60% of the female authors are masochist and that live in a fantasy of love e****** i really hate romance *sigh* why are there so many romance novels i mean can't you live without love One of my comments got deleted and im curious because i forgot what i wrote it must be a bad comment to be deleted😂 i really wanna remember The author is good just not the kind that i like thats why my review is low so don't be discouraged by my review because probably only a small part of the readers have the same taste that i have

This story have a really good plot, but the problem is that the characters are too childish. They’re *****, aren’t they? I feel like none of them have a personality of their own, beside Gary. Lena is a great character, but once she’s in love or want something, everything went sideways, same goes with Kirs. You put way too much effort trying to make the romance work, but there’s a few problems with that. The writing is too poor, it’s a novel, not a children book with caps. I know this isn’t a English class, but you really need to work on the writing, a good novel needs good writing, so please work on that author. You need to slowly progress into the chapters, not jump directly in it, it’ll get too confusing. There’s too many plot holes and just way too many errors, that I’m afraid of, can’t be fixed with your own eyes, but others. So please, before you write, think clearly, act more of an author, not a child, and just do a little more research on a lot of things. You focus more on the romance and character, that you ignore everything else that needed to be fix, so please, we other books, and yours too to see what could be done.

Alright. So this feels strange writing a review about this again but this story compels you to. Plus I love it so much that not writing a review about it would be unfair. First of all, this story is so sweet and works on a different concept. The story setting is at present time...sort of and not another history setting which I absolutely love it for. Secondly, the romance develops gradually. Neither is it love at first sight nor all of that running in circles and misunderstandings. The story background is also good and you don't get confused. Lastly, the author is AMAZING! Love her writing style❤❤❤
The FL and Author really has some unique taste. There are many men who would be better for her but she chooses the one that set things up for her to be killed and raped at the beginning of the story. Honestly, the characters are very realistic at the beginning, all the men are flawed and now are perfect. However how she ended up with that guy.... I will never understand.
WoWoW absolutely LOVE this story. Theres so many novels out there where the mc is labeled as strong but still relies tf outta the ml. But this novel gives a LEGIT strong ass, independent, shameless, and honest af heroine thats realistic and is not too OP. In the beginning its pretty focused on the growth and independence of the mc, which is paced really well as it doesnt drag anything for too long or escalate readers two or three levels at a time. Theres so many novels now where the growth of the mc is so fast I only need to blink and she ll be on the top of the world. Lets talk romance. It really doesnt fully hit until later on in the novel of who the ml is. I had a hard time choosing a ship in the beginning, but as the story progresses, the backgrounds of each of the characters and their subsequent actions make complete sense and its just that “oHHh” moment that hits you. Then when u get that , then its like ah I SHIP THAT. Tldr: read if looking for an mc who is an independent woman who needs no man(at least in the beginning), strong and realistic with gradual character development, and honest with her feelings (especially sexually) but knows when to stop. But ye. Good novel. Would recommend

I stumbled accidentally upon this novel, and did not regret it. The novel itself is just perfect. It shows characters as real people, not 2D creations that exist just for the sake of the plot. The flow of the story makes the reading easy and enjoyable. There are (for now) no big misunderstandings and such. The MC is a woman with emotions, reasons behind them and struggles to make it in the world that eats people. 10/10 for the novel, any day.
Overall this story is great and yeah, it's give you the second lead syndrome!! I can't even choose which one should be Lena's partner. :') I also like how the FL is not always get schemed and have bad reputation and finally, there is a story where they know how to move on.
The best story I've read up to date!!! I'm in love with this novel because it is comedic, and the characters have such realistic personalities!!! I'm honestly surprised it's not higher on the rankings. The relationships between the characters seem so simple but are actually really complex and intriguing.
What happens when you read a lot of reborn novels, people sometimes complain how the character, usually the villain/villainess, get "taken over" and become a fake protagonist. They use their modern knowledge and golden fingers to win in life, but retain nothing of their past unassuming selves, writing it all off in a footnote. What I love about this novel is how, Lena, the protagonist of this novel, doesn't become your typical mc. She doesn't suddenly regret the ways of the original nor does she berate her actions. In fact, lingering feelings still affect her in some ways and help build her as a strong, independent character. It was a slow transformation. She comes to terms with both selves and acknowledges both of them. She even pays tribute to the former Lena and justifies herself. Her form of weapon: living well! She also doesn't try to appease and wait upon the true ML and FL of the story like most other reborns do, inadvertently becoming the true hero in the progress. Lena realizes she can only rely on herself and her family as she takes steps to built on her skills and resources. Recognizing she's truly weak and powerless, she has no true golden finger. Here especially is where the previous Lena's relentless and arrogant character helps push her forth, granting her courage in the face of her enemies. As for the ML, Kris seems like your typical villain second lead. He ruthless, domineering, and willful to the extreme! That paired with his not just women but people hating ways, he's your run-of-the-mill cheery boy ML who will come to dote upon the MC exclusively. Personally not a favorite, but I can see why they're so popular, especially when they're so well thought out. There's a certain satisfaction to making them fall ლ(´ڡ`ლ) This novel gives the two a much more equal relationship; they mutually benefit from each other. Kris starts to cure his people phobia and fulfill his long-time wish of hugging his mother, while Lena learns the ins-and-outs of the true business world. Their banter especially give the characters more form instead of the usual male God and Goddess pair. They're much more human and the interactions between the two are pure comedy gold! This isn't a true revenge novel where the MC(s) slay their way to the top. Each character has circumstances unrelated to the MC and the world doesn't revolve around her alone! The author has really good sense and none of the conflicts get dragged onto nth million chapters (I exaggerated a little... but not by much 😂). Although there are some mistakes here and there, they aren't so glaring that it takes away from the novel. An overall fun and light-hearted read! And with consistent updates!!!! Much appreciation and love 💕💕💕 .... Boy, I swear I wasn't planning on writing an essay 😅
