Was Nice in tHe first few chapters but it started Going downhill after Business Came in and the exessive viagra pills. There is also unclear world develpment and annoying opposing business groups. also why is the mc such such childish at some occasions!!!! Wasnt He a graNdpa with wisdom
The expectations I had from the title and the summary was one and the actual content was just not what was expected and not in a good way either. This is one of those click-bait novels that promises a fresh concept but infact it's just the same old same old with different character names. The integration of technology and cultivation seems so misplaced and unnecessary. The author has very little knowledge on how to develop the story, when the protagonist is actually a 100 year old man. By the current chapters, the author has talent in writing a excellent standard cultivation novel with the usual standard MC with cheats. But a novel with a new concept sadly no.
The story started off good, but around chapter 30 or so things started to get a bit annoying. The MC doesnt show any kind of wisdom that would match a 100 year old man who raised children and grandchildren. At around chapter 38-43 things just became so much worse. MC makes a pill that is like viagra on steroids, and is somehow completely oblivious to others reactions to it, and is exceedingly vague whenever talking about it to others. Having characters taking a pill, which they expect to strengthen them, only for it to be an extreme aphrodisiac is not my kind of humor at all. I am pretty sure that kind of stuff is illegal to an insane degree in many places because of how cruel and harmful it is, but in the story its supposed to be funny.
In chapter 151, Mc killed a innocent Mother that has seen her son (who has a evil Aura according to Mc) be killed before her and began to cure Mc out of sadness and anger, something that a normal mother would to do. I sincerely hope the same thing happen to the Author sincerely he mad Mc so unreasonable๐๐
This had potentially to be a pretty interesting novel with a unique idea. Unfortunately, it's been completely ruined by poor grammar, poor dialogue and poor everything, only thing good was the concept. First of all, this author has attempted to copy dialogue from all the chinese novels out there. They've failed badly; it's clear the author has never even had a proper conversation with a fellow human being. The grammar is awful, the interactions are just awkward and they try so hard to sound profound but the author doesn't know what they're typing so it just sounds stupid. The author has tried to make the MC talk like how an elder in let's say a cultivation novel talks, sounding profound and all except it doesn't here, it just sounds stupid because it makes no sense and it's filled with bad grammar. Even without the grammar issues, the phrases don't flow well anyways so it doesn't matter. It's obvious the author spent a bit of time looking over the first chapter and then started speedrunning through the rest without proofreading or editing.
It getting more and more boring as the story goes on. It's not that the plot idea is not good it's just the the plot with this Mc is trash.
this is a good novel if it is maintained at this pace it will be great. please try it once. I love the mc's character most. .
its sad the novel was good the idea was good then the usual happened with CN novels and went from 4.5 to 3.0 good until chapter 138 or so , then the author for some strange reason threw out of the window a good part of the plot and the worldbuilding he made so far, grandmaster strongest realm so far? nah scratch that, lets make them weak and completely forget about martial warriors, lets make this all about the ability users and forget about what we said before about martial grandmaster being the strongest, family? lets completely forget about them, who cares about them anyway im way too strong by now anyway and they can't catch up so puff and they're gone. then the author in some chapters remember what he said and try to patch it saying "well he was a mortal before...and he dindt truly know about the real strong people" etc, and well the family? lets pretend theyre gone we cant patch it up anyway.
Sorry, about this but I feel like I have seen that image before, used in the cover. Dragon Raja uses it for a character called Anjou who can stop time. I think it is necessary to bring some attention to this, stealing art for monetary gain is wrong. I will remove this poor review once I have recieved a response from the Author or someone who knows if the image is under fair use. The story idea does seem cool though.
Donโt waste your time, this only has 5 stars due to the bot spam. Synopsis was the best part of the novel. first 30 chapters were decent before immediately dropping to illegible garbage.
This novel have some real potential ! The MC is really someone we want to know more about his past and he his a good person. Hope the author don't drop it

This is honestly just my personal opinion. I enjoyed the first 150 or so chapters, but the further it went the more conflicted the story felt. where I've left off there are alot of holes and confusing/conflicting concepts starting to go through the blender and it simply killed my interest in the story. Don't get me wrong I'm all for other worlds and magic/cultivation type things, i just feel like it was overstuffed, leaving a lot of loose ends that are essentially kicked out/cut by way of a time skip. the confusion then continues on from there with alternate dimensions as well as other worlds, not to mention the whole "this is all a book/novel come to life", so along with confusion we also now have multiple main characters. so to sum up my opinion it had a pretty great start, but, the overall story afterwords just kinda went nuts in a confusing and un-enjoyable way (for me). I still advise others to give it a look at the very least but im out. stopped at ch.340

I was incredibly interested the first few chapters but sooner than I would expect I found myself dropping this Novel. Too many silly developments, in more harsh words the Novel just felt stupid, after saying all that I really don't hate this it's just not for me at all.
Honestly I was so interested in this novel, I liked the direction it was going to at the beginning (making his family no. 1 and all that and the system also reminded him to take his family along when he ascends) but around the 160 chapter mark, I got lost! especially when till then he hasn't even given his family the marrow washing pill, I mean, how do else to make the family stronger huh?! then I just lost it all when he made some girl his disciple and even gave her the immortal cultivation techniques! like how?! what about your FAMILY?! shouldn't they take priority? even if not the grandkids, what about his sons and their wives? idk if it'll later happen along the line, but I'm tired of reading cuz a lot of things doesn't make sense anymore. it should have been fun after the invasion of the abyssal demons, but the author lost me. *sigh~*

The writing is not bad and the beginning of the book is fun to read.[img=recommend] Sadly, as go go further with the chapters author cuts down the interaction with the old supporting characters. Which is like, fine, there are lot of bad examples of this. But in the beginning you can see the interaction between family members and then there is no such thing whatsoever. The grandpa didn't even tell the others in his family where he went, and now the visiting family members suddenly vanished because they are busy, even the kids. I get it, he is now a bit stronger, but with the apperance of spacial cracks, they should show some semblance of concern, no? I'm not talking about backstories of the guild master and his grandchildren. They are just piling up one on top of another. What do they know and what don't is a good question. Then there's the system taking it's sweet time to upgrade, which feels like eternety with a change of pace from the author. Is it even reasonable to hold a tournament on such a short notice? With the time it took on the road, you would think it would finish already, but no... I hope for a reasonable story development, but I don't have much ecpectations.

Time for a shameless review. Here, there will be some answers about the story. 1. Will there be a harem? Answer: No there won't be. 2. Will the MC get younger? Answer: Yes, he will get younger physically. You know, since he cultivates immortality, the stronger he gets, the younger(physically) he will be too. (Quasi-spoiler?) 3. Will it be updated regularly? Answer: Yes, it will be updated regularly. But sometimes, there may be a reduction. 4. Is his system annoying? Answer: No. His system is the silent type. Generally, it doesn't talk, it only gives out text. 5. Will the system force the MC to do something? Answer: No. It will at best put a mission. There may be penalties in the future, but fret not, those penalties won't threaten the MC's life nor his power. 6. How does the system work? Answer: This system won't force the MC to do anything as I said above. The only way the MC can get stronger is by cultivating strong people. But maybe there will be a slight change to it in the future. Btw, he also gets stronger by cultivating himself too. 7. Is the MC stupid? Answer: Lol, in almost all novels, MCs are not stupid. My MC is an old monster, therefore, he's not stupid. The side characters are not people who will come to provoke the MC straight out like a fool too. 8. Will there be face-slapping? Answer: There will be. But there won't be the generic face-slapping like you see in some novels where it was displayed once per 2/3 chapters. 9. How is the world background? Answer: With just the synopsis, genre, and tags, you can guess it yourself. 10.
