Torn from his mother, Hannah's, arms and abandoned as a baby, Anthony grows up knowing that he is different.
As she escapes from his father Carl, Hannah is free to learn more about the curse that afflicts his family and, with the help of friends, tries to save her lost son from the terrible legacy he will inherit.
