Lovely storey, its original and an anti hero Mc like this is a breath of fresh air The only bad thing about this story is that there is constant errors in writing such as spelling mistakes or contextual errors (I.e: calling the mc a her or having some parts in French while the rest of the story is in English. Although the language mishaps are extremely rare) but it’s a good novel and I can’t wait for more!
So... I recommend this novel but not for everyone .... This novel is a MMORPG in space, with a classic system..nevertheless the story and the development of the world is very original, honestly I think it is one of the most original I have seen on WebNovel...That's why this novel is very divisive... It deals with themes in a rather daring way, for example after a while he earns some money...where a classic mc would do everything to optimize his progression, he doesn't...he invests a little in his future and the rest he spends in a rather funny way. ...and that is very revealing of the rest of the story...the MC is not an absolutely perfect strategist hero, who rolls over everyone and the game...He is a very human MC who takes advantage of his reincarnation as a realistic human being would... This is the reason why either we love this novel or we hate it... But in the end for my part I find that the mc has a goal is much more noble than any mc I have read and that makes the MC very very endearing despite this big flaw ... After the level of the development of the space universe..but I find it absolutely incredible at the same level as Legendary mechanic The only really negative point is that it overflows at the beginning the background of the secondary characters, but I have the impression that it is corrected with time...
Well written with lots of potential but unfortunately lacking in a few aspects. This novel has great writing quality and an engaging and entertaining plot, compared to most webnovels this is definitely in the top 1% however there are still a few things that should definitely be fixed. (As of chapter 86) The timeline makes no sense. The game started in January of 2100, however he doesn’t meet Emma (Lotus) until into 2102 (According to his last life flashback). Although the events that have taken place in the story so far seem like they may have happened in a week they ‘supposedly’ happened over a few months, even then it would still be early or mid 2100, in six months his mother would be dead. No need to mention 2102 plus however many months it took for him and Emma to have a serious relationship. Another major plothole I’ve realized while writing this is the supposed ‘months’ that have passed. All the fighting has taken place over the course of a few days, not counting time in between events, this is fine, they could have been doing lots of stuff in between that we just don’t see, but we can tell this is not happening since the MC has no growth between events, all his skills, levels, items etc have been gained in the mere few days we have seen. So unless you are going to tell me that he has been spending the majority of these multiple months he has been playing and supposedly been to busy to spend time with his parents (according to a few chapters ago) doing absolutely nothing this simply doesn’t make any sense. Even if this time issue was fixed and the time was compressed back to a few days it would still not fix the issue of his mother living years past when she supposedly died. The next point isn’t a plot hole but something that irks me endlessly the main character is pathetic and brain dead. Why did he not immediately get his mother checked for cancer and treatment when reincarnated. You would think they would have a whole lot of a better chance at treating cancer if you noticed it 1-2 years earlier, but no, he says nothing. Second the whole situation with Emma honestly frames the MC to be a weak and pathetic simp. And then we have this last chapter where he just completely goes off the rails the second he hits some adversity, he hasn’t event attempt to change his mom’s future yet and now he’s going to throw his life away, again, sad and pathetic. Additionally the ease at which he gains power and the OPness of the power he gains is a bit annoying, I’m not trying to complain about the MC being OP in a OP mc novel but it seems like it’s gone a little to far. He can turn into a ghost indefinitely and still use his esper powers (which might I add have no energy cost) to kill whatever he wants. While as a ghost it seems he cannot be harmed by physical attacks, infact we have not yet seen him get harmed at all while a ghost (Does this make him invincible? I assume there is some limit, even still it seems like to most creatures cannot harm him while he can kill whatever). If this wasn’t enough with synergy between his fire skill and the skill that lets him change into an animal he can turn into a phoneix, with his flames around him even if he dies (which he does) he simply is reborn in the fire and can continuously deal damage to more powerful enemies without any risk. (Again, is he invincible? I’m honestly not sure)

this had potential till you did one the worst things your could evee do 1. you made your mc evil thats just trash. all evil mc are just trash. 2. you forced corrupted and forced made the mc evil for litteraly no reason you made ut clear the ring would corrupt and twist the wearer yet the mc still chose the ring? why? thats stupid it would change who he is...the moment you amde this chkice this was no longer about an mc who went back in time to have a second chsnce at ljfe but a while new person that is just trash...
the story goes too fast for my taste, like the MC who kisses his ex-girlfriend as soon as they meet (not enough development of their relationship in the new timeline). Not enough explanation on the length of time that the MC play from the beginning, to be able to have a point of reference. But the theme of the story I love it since they look like legendary mechanic but from the point of view of a player. In addition you added a difficulty mode which is new in my opinion or if it does not succeed their account is deleted.
Very fast pacing, short chapters and introducing gods into the mc's sphere in the 40 chapters, he obtains a very broken item/soul that gives him a quest to destroy a guild because why not and literally gives him a 2x multiplier on all his skills, like what we have been introduced to a goddessnd in 10 chapter just gets killed for a gods vs gods plot that author is setting up with the mc being a lvl 10 player

story progressing too fast on the "story" itself, so many points that could be explored are exchanged because of this MC's fickle personality, the author not helping at all... just adding more irrelevant factors
The sentence arrangement and word choice made me want to keep reading, but unfortunately, some chapters were too short for me, or maybe I was too busy reading that I didn't feel the time was passing so fast
if someone told me this was a spinoff of legendary mechanic I would've believed it. But at the end of the day it doesn't matter as long as it's good so give it a read and if you guys want more of this type of novel just read legendary mechanic.
Review up to ch57 The world building is pretty good and there are plenty of unique things but it's rather inconsistent and the author didn't simply use a ton of references from the real world, he straight up named almost everything after existing stuff, be it names, brands or even specific things from animes and games. The MC seems to utilize his knowledge from his past life quite well but at the same time he got a lot of stuff handed to him on a silver plate just cause the author said so through completely unnatural situations (though there were hints that such occurrences might have a reason not disclosed up to the chapter I read). I like antihero MCs but decided to drop this one after he straight up manipulated his past life girlfriend into liking him again as if he hadn't screwed up before, without even taking his time to try and get her to know him again to see if things would end up well, he just kissed her out of nowhere which shows he has no morals, he just does whatever the f he wants and does not abide by any rule (which is also noticeable from other situations, not just the girlfriend part, as he constantly changes his mind about everything). It might be good for you if you like MCs like that but it's a no no for me.

So finished the free chapters (101 chapters which is a lot compared to other novels) If you liked the world and systems from the legendary mechanic, this is definitely worth looking at. Although, from what I have seen, it does describe the space battle on a ship level (I lowkey skimmed through it because that's not my thing) Character wise, the MC is a frustrating one to read but at the same time there're likeable traits and there's a LOT of room for development. Being more of an antihero MC, there's some tradeoffs here and there and there're some nice scenes such as becoming essentially a dad and being a punisher for NPCs. Overall, I recommend giving the free chapters a read and see how you like it and go from there.
I hope the author returns. It's a great concept. It's a great novel. A novel that will make you forget reality and get lost in it. My only complaint is that the romance sucks. I was expecting more specific approaches but it was very superficial. And hopefully no more drama. Because I want the main character to have fun playing this game.
Review chap 150 Well already know that I was very mixed at the beginning, it goes much too fast for my taste and the first "Tier" are quickly skipped, nevertheless from chapter 100~, things start to become interesting, the novel take a normal pace ... Well clearly I think the author didn't want to do TLM and make 300 chapter where the hero is as weak as the others, but I understand why some people give up... For my part I liked it, I even bought the privilege because now it's really great!

Great Story Progression, a lot of free chapters, and a very interesting setting, although the lack of character background and slow addition of chapters isn't great its still a good novel
Nice story, worth giving it a shot especially when this genre is at its peak right now. The author had done great worldbuilding, especially with the concept of a global cataclysm so people have no other means of leisure than to immerse themselves in games that could explain the popularity of this game and a huge fanbase. Keep it up author, waiting for more chapters.
