Synopsis
Marchioness Harriet Goldlane, a talented noblewoman, made a deal with Old Duke Almandine. To save her younger brother, she was willing to become a substitute for Liam's 'mate', the grandson of the Old Duke. Liam was an Alpha whose 'mate' died long ago. He was severely injured and had been living without a heart for a long time. He could only wake up from his sleep when there was a full moon.
The Old Duke and Liam himself guessed that the man would die soon due to his worsening condition. Because of that, Old Duke wanted Harriet to give birth to an heir to the Almandine Family from Liam's seed so that their family would have a new leader.

Harriet and Liam are my current favourite couples. They left a mark on me with their beautiful story. I jumped to this story straight without reading the synopsis or looking at the cover. Actually, I didn't know how ended up in the first chapter until now. All I know is I read the first chapter and I was hooked and after that, I have to spend an hour to find the book I was reading. Can you imagine liking a book and not adding it to the library? Thankfully, I found this book again. All I can say is it's worth it. Liam makes my heart flutter with his teasing and flirting while Harriet gives me the courage to be strong. Harriet teaches us that the woman doesn't need to wield weapons to be strong. It's her heart and soul that makes a woman strong. She is so strong that I want to spoil her. She is falling for a man that she shouldn't. I want to stop herself to fall so hard for Liam but I know it's not possible because I'm in love with that man too! Whoever sees my review, all you have to know is that this book is worth it. Don't think too much before diving into it. It's a beautiful and heart touching read. PS: Can I get a highlight it and stick it? *Puppy eyes*
Oh em geee... This story is Hawt! I love how the author doesn't do slow burn. We get straight to the actions in chapter 2, BAM! The story idea itself is very fresh and the execution is flawless. I keep checking for new chapters every day like an addict. Good job!

I just stopped to sleep and rest, but I could have continued because it's really well written and just too good to stop!

Strongest and most favorite FL! You won't be disappointed with this story! I read lot of fantasy books But the FL Harriet Goldlane is my most favourite. Most fantasy genre FLs are showcased as someone with power inbuilt or blessed with abilities from birth.Here Harriet stands out among them with her wit! Usually snake woman is associated to Lady villian.I don't mind here if she is called that. Author slowly describes each element adding an arc you would never expected.I am expecting more on Liam arc on past, about everything and what he is now.Even arc about old Duke would be interesting. I just read this novel and suddenly felt for the heroine! She’s beyond loveable character! And the author tell the story beautifully, very easy to read and made me keep scrolling the page nonstop. But please, I hope that Liam survive 🥲 please bring the author’s miracle hand! 🙏🏻 🤲
