Synopsis
He was once known as the almighty War-Emperor across the hundred realms. Nothing could stop him from making up his mind, whether to reshape the continent or put worlds together. A simple hand wave from him would summon a billion soldiers to do his bidding.
Known simply as Chang Sheng, the one and only War Emperor who defeated countless realms' overlords. Reigning supreme with over a hundred domains in his grasp allowed Chang Sheng to build a stable foundation and establish his own Legacy.
The Legacy which so huge that it made even the god jealous.
This jealousy gave birth to countless wars, which continued for a few millennia. The number of death is unaccountable, to the point their blood alone could fill a realm, and the bones could hold a world. The flesh can even become the foundation of all the planets in a milky way.
Still, Chang Sheng was just a mortal. Although his comprehension of immortality was practically unmatchable, he was still a mortal in the end. He breathed his last on his 8,888-year-old birthday, in the middle of the war against the coalition of hundred realms.
After that fateful day, the titles of War Emperor, Chang Sheng, and the Divine Legacy of Eternal Golden Empire were eliminated with the gods' intervention. Once bitten, twice shy. The gods wouldn't allow a second "Chang Sheng" to exist in this system.
The wheel of fate stood still from that fateful day onward and only started to turn again at the birth of an infant named "Hespar" by his parents. He lost everything, but not the lingering memories, regrets, and attachment to the battlefield.
"I don't know what happened, but I feel that my rightful place is not here, where I was born. It should be on the battlefield, on one where I could slay the gods," said Hespar.

Another wonderful read by YangLin! I always truly enjoy the traditional startings and hierarchy that's set up just as you write them! Hespar is certainly growing to become a very powerful man who will even surpass his father it seems. The writing quality is top-notch with barely any errors that disturb the flow. The characters are easily distinguished as different personas in the actions that they do! A definite recommended read. best of luck to you Yang!

Just thought I should let you know, even though you seem to be publishing chapters, they’r not seeming to be actually released on WN. Even though apparently you have released upto Ch. 113, only upto Ch. 107 is available, which was 5 days ago…. Keep up the amazing work!
