Synopsis
An otaku magical action romantic comedy for the new generation.
Andy, an ordinary high school student, finds himself caught up in a hidden world of magical powers and cosmic adventure when he inherits the legendary Star Gauntlets. With the help of Marla, a cool magical girl who is his childhood friend, Andy sets off on a quest to uncover the truth behind his newfound abilities and save his best friend, Ian, who has become entangled in the dangerous world of a charismatic cult leader named Andrew Jordan Paul.
As Andy and Marla grow closer, their relationship is tested by the challenges they face, the secrets they uncover, and the temptations of those around them, including Paris, Andy's alluring and heartbroken maid. As they delve deeper into the mysteries of the Star Gauntlets and the ancient order of the Runi, the lines between good and evil blur, and Andy must navigate the perils of love, power, and destiny to save his friends and protect the world from the malevolent forces at play.

I apologize for the late review! First off, I'd like to start off by saying that I don't usually read magical girl stuff—but I like the fact that the author is making a twist out of it. The characters speak their age and is actually quite refreshing to see casual language in a novel—not something you'd have to check the dictionary every second or two. There are things to improve upon, but you should definitely give this one a try.
This author has a serious knack for writing. Their sentences flowed so well and the transitions between scenes were spot on. This is one of those books that you could easily get lost in - the dialogue is superb and the characters aren't too bad. While I didn't find them super dimensional, they did have personality which I felt made up for it. Look forward to more!!
I read the first chapter and I'm thrilled. I like that this first chapter have filled me with suspense. can't help it but say I'm invested into this novel. going to drop more reviews after more chapters. so I will just drop a 4/5 review for what I read so far
Very good world-building, with good writing quality, enough to keep me interested in the story. One thing I would improve is a bit more description of how they say things, so I can better understand the tone.

As an otaku myself, I really related to the main character, who is also a teenage otaku with no real direction in life. It was cool to see him get his wish granted when his crush becomes a magical girl.
