Sacrosanct is an absolutely captivating novel that kept me engrossed from start to finish. The author's vivid descriptions painted a rich and immersive world, allowing me to truly feel and experience the environment. Despite the harrowing theme of death, the story strikes a perfect balance, never overwhelming the reader. It's a testament to the author's skill in crafting a gripping narrative. I highly recommend Sacrosanct for its enthralling storytelling and masterful portrayal of a waking corpse navigating a chilling world. The line "Your name shall be Hollow. A revenant such as yourself has much to do, and a name creates a legend. Leave this battlefield, and search out the White Hand and its appendages. Sever them, like any good soldier would," evokes a profound sense of purpose and destiny. The abomination's proclamation not only bestows the protagonist with a name but also ignites a sense of urgency and duty within them. The vivid imagery of the tangled corpses shifting and creating a path in seconds adds to the atmosphere of the scene, while the abomination's mysterious disappearance, seemingly melting into the rain, leaves a lingering sense of intrigue. This powerful moment sets the stage for an epic journey ahead, where the protagonist's actions will shape their own legend in this haunting world of death. And I have to say, I'm yearning for more! Keep it up I'm eager to see where you take this wonder Eldritch!

From the first line I was drawn in, sometimes having a short and blunt start is the best hook because it leaves room for readers to question. And to me it also shows that the cliffhangers in the near future will be deadly lol. I like how the author is seamlessly able to portray the stories environment, being able to write sentences on that is some I myself struggle with so I do commend that! There is time where line breaks are needed but I think that this can be optional since it fits well regardless. The first chapter is just really well done, it’s almost as if a preview and the fire starter to rope as the story will start to progress. And lastly I liked the dialogue as well! Not many things would I have to critique the novel on, well done author!

the way the author set the scene keeps the reader's curiosity in a hook and just continues reeling it in. The author's prose probably one of the best here in webnovels. Immersion is solid. It's a solid novel so far, still waiting for more.

From the very first line, you know you're in for something special. The imagery of cawing crows and shambling corpses evokes the perfect sense of dark fantasy, bordering on the grotesque and macabre without falling into definite horror - the horror is there, and it's gnawing away at you everywhere you look, but the unexpected hero draws you along on a path of righteous, violent, and often bloody adventure. Just like the protagonist, you're never really sure of anything in this dark, unfamiliar world, yet everything just seems to make a terrible, dark sense you just go along with. What's the White Hand? Who knows, but it needs cutting down, so let's get to it like a good soldier! Eagerly looking forward to seeing where this goes!

The opening was definitely interesting unlike the many other novels out there that give you a bunch of exposition this one gives you a scene to ponder on And wonder. I found myself theorizing what the hollow was, Rn i think hes in some undead world since in the human world he died in battle. Hence why there are so many weird creatures.

I gotta say, this story is quite a read. Just from the very first line it gets a reader like I hooked. Gonna have to stay tuned to see what else the writer cooks up.

I've honestly fallen in love with the ambience of this story. It's a world to slip into and get lost in, which really speaks to the immersion. This has been my choice of reading before I got to sleep recently. When I'm reading after a long day at work, sometimes I feel like Hollow myself lol. To sum it all up, all I really have to say is this: Read Sacrosanct, as good soldiers do.
