Anyone who genuinely enjoys the show wont like this Its just way too fast paced to be a frieren story. Also the mc is just way too op from day one Its just not frieren Every character spent years training to be strong and this kid becomes op from day 1 And the mc got a weird identity crisis that just doesn’t make any sense
Fast paced, protagonist becomes a god overnight, characters are not built, they are just plot devices with names, boring cheat, this story is a complete mess. The author has potential in writing, but in this story he wants things to happen, this leads to inconsistent developments and a strange plot. I do not recommend.
Everything was fine for first few chapters then the plot happened… I will say one thing. Please be consistent with story. At one point, several people are trying to kill MC, and after a few “incidents” they starts to “worry” about MC for some absurd reason out of no where! Like why? And he’s a demon. Even if he acts “human”, there in no way in the whole world, would any “human” believe him. How can some human just start to worry about MC just because he looks and acts like a human?? Then again, MC just gets OP so fast that even plot could not keep up. He have power to solve anything, but just decides to not use the power just cause he don’t want to kill people who wants to kill him… If that’s so, why did he kill the innocent “old man” who “tried” to kill him in the first chap? Like why??
have not started reading yet but will be in the future I've always wanted a Frieren fanfiction... and I really hope the mc befriends Frieren... I just want Frieren to have someone she can spend an eternity with...
Plot holes, plot inconsistencies and very illogical actions of the main character kill the entire story. For people who have watched this anime, I think it is unreadable.

filled with plot holes and completely illogical scenarios, at least the writing quality is pretty decent.
It is interesting . But I hope the Mc will get powerful . after all this is a fanfiction.

as promised, yeah, I don't care how the power and other stuff, in fanfictions, what's great about their stories is the interaction and the core of the og characters staying same, or your oc fitting in it, i hope this grows more and not let some brain dead reviewers ruin iy
I recommend you try making other fanfics, your writing is great, just a little practice and you can become a great writer (at least the translator was good)

Great start for this fanfic! I also think the main character is quite likeable. I can't wait for more chapters in the future, so please, author, do not, under any circumstances, drop it. everyone being too harsh just because mc is demon and story is not as good as canon. they want canon level quality. the canon author got money, editor, proofreader and a whole team of manga circle. you guys expect a fan who write fanfiction without team or payment to create a canon level quality? if that the case, no fan able to write fanfic to canon standar. i guess this one of the reason why many frieren fic dead in first 10 chapters. as for me, the fic is really good. not to the level of canon frieren, but certainly there is no big flaw in the story. if someone said that MC demon is boring or wrong and illogical for them to have heart to communicate, the fact that a human in earth reincarnate to frieren world is already impossible to begin with. also its human reincarnated into demon body so the soul is human which is doable for them to think like human. anyway writing quality is good. hardly any typo or grammatical error. update is quite stable. story direction is pretty good. it follow canon storyline but not quite. the mc presence makes the story richer because the author exploring and creating new scene and events which doesnt break the theme and atmosphere of the fandom. MC character design is good but not spectacular. the mc reincarnated to demon child which is cool if he learn magic gradually but then the author make him overpowered so fast. at chapter 14, mc 10 years old already surpass frieren both in mana capacity and magic control. this is the biggest flaw and i believe this is what other reviewer complaining about which i agree, world background is faithful to the beautiful frieren's world and lore so its great. sooo, I don't feel like reading this after finding out he's a demon, it's only a matter of time b4 he meets frieren. The moment that happens, he's going to get instantly zoltraak'd into oblivion. If you can't interact with the characters that are interesting, then whats the point?
