what if being in the womb with a sealed bijuu bring more than a simple birthmark?

Naruto was born with more similarities with Kyuubi, red slitted eyes, black marking around his eyes and cheeks, his ability to feel peoples emotions, the dense and enormous chakra similar to Kyuubi an so on...

what change would this make to the story? that's what I want to try and explore.
