After experiencing a horrifying death, Shen Qi finds himself in a body of a demon with the same name. He became a man who hated humans with all his heart. It felt as if his ribcage had become empty and what filled him was hate and the need for revenge. Shen Qi never thought he could see the light that is until he met 'him' the one he was supposed to hate.

Even though I did not give a full stars, it's because the author only have two chapter in. Nonetheless, I will say that this is a promising story. The beginning was very descriptive, but I think there were a bit of rewording and adjustment needed in order for a better transition onward to the next chapter. Even though I'm bad at verb tense, I felt like there were a bit of issue in the prelude that uses past verb tense that can be change into another form...not sure how to explain this, so for the author I will do an in-comment examples to show where I think the author should make some adjustment. When I read to it the latest chapter, I was a bit confused about the main character regarding the previous chapter. I'm assume the author did not want to explain right away what happen to the main character, after what happen to him at the beginning in the prelude. It was bit mysterious as I wonder what the future chapters is going to be like. In regard to this I think the story has a good plot, just waiting to be shown more in future. I made be a bit harsher in giving such review even when the author only have two chapters, but as I love reading historical Chinese novel more than any other genre I want to express that no matter what I said, this story is very good! So author, keep up the good work!
Amazingly detailed. Confusing in parts, especially the ending of chapter-1 maybe it could be my difficulty in reading lengthy passages. My favorite part so far is the prologue, the atmosphere really struck me. Nice start. Learned a lot from your writing.
Review wrote very early, but the story seems promising, I am looking forward to more chapters. That first chapter was a little bit dark, I wonder if this will turn into a horror seires.
Overall really good story. The introduction is mysterious, yet full of information. The descriptions of the characters are well written. The only errors I could find is the occasional run on sentence. Other than that, it was really good.
Off to a great start! Only two chapters right now and I am waiting for more to come. I really liked how dark the character of Shen Yi is after he becomes a demon lord. I didn't expect the story to start the way it started after the auxiliary chapter but the none the less it was interesting! I see a lot of potential in this story so I guess I will be a regular reader for this! I am looking forward to upcoming chapters, keep up the good work!
