A Male Earthling wakes up after his death on an Alternate Earth in the body of a Psychic who has yet to realize his abilities. After his transmigration into this psychic, the built up psychic energy in his new body condenses into a minor law based on the most powerful desire of the mc and past owner. The desire to create.
