Synopsis

Andrea Scafoni, a 21 years old woman, who decides to return back to Chicago after being sent to stay in Philadelphia for four years with her aunt. She goes back to her parent's house in Chicago so she could be closer to her family and live happily with them, but her plans were painfully disrupted by the appearance of Jerome Montenegro, a very dangerous businessman, who also happens to be her father's biggest creditor. Her Father runs out of time to pay back his debt and risks losing his house to Jerome as collateral but Jerome loses interest in taking the house as soon as he sees Andrea and decide he wants her instead. He forces her to sign a contract that binds her to him for a year as his wife in order to fool his family so they would stop pushing him into marriage. Despite how much Andrea tries to fight and runaway from him, he also seems one step ahead of her. She then gives up trying to escape him as she knows she couldn't but is determined to get under his skin as much as he gets under hers.
Will they succeed in repulsing each other or will the hate she has for him bloom into something more beautiful. This is a beautiful story between two people from different worlds with very separate mindsets, who transforms from mortal enemies to somewhat partners in crime. Their love story is a dark one, not like those other quick roll in the hay ones but will indeed be as captivating.

Hello beautiful souls, welcome to my second book. Please pardon my grammar errors as English isn't my first language.

A well educated young lady, nice character that doesn't need to be a dodder flower. Like her a lot, just sadden me to see her being forced into a marriage she doesn't need simply because of the dad's mistakes. Keep up the good work author, I really like the story.
